Audiences not updated

Hi,

 

I can see that user related profile details available under "Profiles" under required merge policy, but when i try to create audiences, in profile estimate, that profile is not showing.

You can check for the segment membership of this profile under profile attributes or segment membership tab.

Hi @arunla  - It depends on the number of profiles in the profile store. If there are only a few profiles, the profile estimate will typically show as 0. I recommend evaluating the audience to see the actual number of profiles within it.
