Is there email delivery engine in AJO? Can we send emails or any other channel via AJO?
Do we need to have integration with ACC or any 3rd party for email delivery send or communicate with other channels like sms, push, whatsapp?

Yes, you can send emails from AJO itself without any integration to an external platform.
Some channels like Whatsapp are not supported out of the box. But you can create an Action to send out messages via 3rd Party platform.
