Could we use Context variables in Campaign Email for defining Conditional Rule?

Hi Team,

The conditional rules using context variables works with event based journeys.

Could we use context variables in Campaign Email Content for defining Conditional Rule?

@vin_adobe Campaigns doesn't have any contextual data. Currently, you have an audience and sending out messages to that audience. There is no contextual data present that can be used.

Hello @vin_adobe ,

Context variables are available for conditional rules in emails sent via event-triggered journeys. Context variables must be included in the event schema
Example : Cart Abandonment Email.

@vin_adobe Campaigns doesn't have any contextual data. Currently, you have an audience and sending out messages to that audience. There is no contextual data present that can be used.
