Decisions Scopes - Not Available in Tag - Rule

Hi,

 

I have created the decisions in offers, i need to assign the "encoded string" in Tags - Rule send event, but i do not see the "Decision Scopes" option, Please let me know what am missing here.

 

 

Following below doc for reference, it says to enter values under "decision scopes"

@arunla  check "scopes" section instead of decision context under personalization of action configuration. PFA screenshot
