Direct inbox message on mobile app in AJO
We got a request from a customer. Is it possible to send a message directly to customer inbox in the mobile app?
Message inbox feed is on our roadmap.. To accomplish today, you may b able to use code based channel on a scheduled basis to push new content into the app inbox location.
