How to fetch ranking function for any offer through API

Hi,

I am trying to fetch all offer decision objects through API but I am not able to find any API which fetches the ranking functions available. Could anyone please help me with this?

@neeharika_shetty  Ranking API is not available in AJO at this point in time.
