Adobe Journey Optimizer

We can see that when we create new Fragments to be used in email they is created in a Draft mode. And when testing the email with Proofing, we cant se any differences it a Fragment is in Draft mode or in Published mode. We are therefor wondering what is the difference. Is the Draft node just used when the Fragment is run through a Journey, and that Draft mode is excluded from rendering when the mail is sent from the Journey? Or is there other things we have missed regarding this topic?

Let's say I want to boost offers by the moon phase in customer's city.I created a journey with a custom action that calls an API to get the moon phase by customer's city from the profile. So far so good. I also created a collection of offers, each having a MoonPhase attribute, e.g. Full Moon, Waxing Gibbous, Waning Crescent, etc. Now I want to to boost the offer that matches the current moon phase in the customer's city. Hi ,We are working on profile capping in a recurring journey. Profile capping should also work on a recurring journey which means the counter should get reset to zero .But from the adobe documentation i came to know that , When profile cap is defined on a recurring journey, the counter does not reset after each recurrence.The counter applies only to the selected journey version. The counter resets to zero when the journey is duplicated or when a new version is created. After a reset, the entering profiles take the nominal path again until the counter limit is reached.So, is it possible to reset the counter so that in a recurring journey profile limit will work . ThanksUsha

Hi Team,Could you please help me.We have put condition activity after Read Audience. In Condition activity, we have to split EML population Vs not EML population.Here attribute exclusionType is String Array storing multiple values like EML, AMB, EFG etc and customerAttributes is Object.We need to split the audience based on exclusionType=EML and others.We tried with below condition but it seems like the profile whoever having first position(index) stating as EML is only fetching in condition. It means if any profile having exclusionType=EML on 2nd or 3rd or so forth position, is not at all coming.Advanced Expression using as:#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._abc.customerAttributes.exclusionType} == ['EML']Please help here - we need to check EML value at any position in exclusionType attribute.

This is a two part question. I am trying to use nowWithDelta to compare todays date to another date field and the difference between the two dates should be a second field (integer). My two questions are: 1. Is it possible to do arithmetic within nowWithDelta or is there another way to achieve this? nowWithDelta(10-7,"days"). 2. Is it possible to use a field within nowWithDelta or is there another way to achieve this? nowWithDelta(#field, "days") The end goal is to create an expression that does the following. Here is my understanding of enrichment. If I could please get clarification on this:Observations:When we enrich an audience, system generated intermediary schemas are created (to join the profile schema and look up schema with which the enriched audience was created).Within 24-48 hours, a system generated data set is created (to join the profile dataset and look up dataset).Upon creation of this data set, we are able to then use the enriched attributes for purposes of both email personalization and condition building in journeys.Questions:Are observations 1-3 correct?When I used the enriched attribute in my journey condition immediately after having created my enriched composition, I was not able to toggle my journey into test mode. I got an error stating something along the lines of “the current user does not have access to enriched attribute”. Hello,If I have dynamic content in an email, and it's possible that some customers might qualify for multiple variants, which variant would they receive? Is there a way to set priority for the variants? Or will the first variant automatically take priority?

Hey There,              Whenever I'm trying to pass values as parameters to an expression fragment inside the loop of an email visual fragment, the values are not getting passed. I want to call that expression fragment multiple times with different values passed each time. However, that is not the case when I try to pass values outside the loop. Hi Community, I have multiple journeys where we are sending out 10 or more emails to customer across a period of 1 month. Now to check if any consumer has opted out of email communication, we put suppression audience check before every email. But is there any way either using query service or by building any utility, where I can just enter the journey name or details and the output would give me a result saying there are 10 email actions and before all 10 email actions we have put a condition check using suppression audience ?

Hi Team,We are currently trying to understand how the throttle limits are being utilized across different journeys.For example:Let’s say we have defined a throttling rule of 200 calls per second. Our system is triggered by a custom action across 10 different journeys. If one journey receives 300 calls per second, it will consume all 200 available slots, and the remaining 100 calls will either be discarded or queued. As a result, the other 9 journeys will not have any slots left due to the exceeded limit.We would like to identify:Which journey received the 300 calls per second?Which journeys were impacted and did not receive any slots?Do you know of any method or API that can help us pull these logs or provide visibility into this usage?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello I have a general question regarding the presence of more than 1 email address which could be in an array under a specific object.  Let's call them primary and secondary for this use case.  These email addresses would not be part of the email namespace but named value pairs. Using a journey within AJO, I should be able to select both the primary and secondary email address for a profile which qualifies for a journey, correct?  This would result in at lest two email send events upon the profile and could have 0..N opens. Please confirm if this understanding is correct? 

Hi, I created an audience with enrichment data. One field is type "string", the other field is "integer". When I create a condition rule on the string field, AJO correctly validates the syntax and the flow. However, when I create a condition rule on the integer, with a typecast, the condition validates, but the flow complaints about a type mismatch error:Condition on integer field (validates):(toInteger(@readAudience{ProfileFieldGroup.nr_travels})) >= 6Flow error: Anyone any idea on what's wrong?FYI, the condition must be integer comparison, I can't use string (lexicographic) here.

I am working on the conditional checks and have added the attributes from Schema using AdvancedMode and the expression doesn't pass through the journey. The same attribute when used with SimpleMode and adding a condition to check the values of the expression equals to "Y"(String) works well. Have anyone experienced issues with modes?

Hi all, We are just getting onboarded into AJO, and we started building test journey to test a few things. One of the thing I am testing is to for AJO to read a segment, and send a POST Call to a slack integrated channel to display a simple message. The Slack POST endpoint looks something like this: https://hooks.slack.com/services/xyz and accepts a BODY data:{text: "abc"} The test is to display "Abc" as a message in the slack channel, and this has been successful. I am wondering if there's a way to add variable values (say, I want to add a profile attribute value, the ID - all readily configured in data sources) into the POST body? The end output I am looking for is something like this: "text: "Account:" & @IDvariable & "received the message"Output: Account 123 received the message. Thanks!

I have got some custom conversion XDM Experience Event addedToCartXYZ . Is it possible to include such an event in Metrics in AJO reports? Else I need to buy CJA? 

Has anybody done such a use-case?I assume that image should come as an import to AEP and then render such a QR code in AJO template?
