HI Community, Is there any way, we can use real customer data to test end to end campaigns/journeys in AJO. Currently we are using test profiles but for the communications having too many personalized columns we have to update the data for those columns in test profiles.  Thanks,Akram

I am receiving this error when submitting email channel surface configuration for marketing emails. But, I am unfamiliar with it. Has anyone had this error and understands what needs to be fixed to get their email configuration approved? "Maximum runs 3 for the workflow step CBOneClickUrlGenerationStep are reached. (CJMRT - 110001-500)" Subdomains were delegated and IP pools were assigned. I am wondering if it is something to do with the reply-to or error mailboxes but those had been set up. Thanks for your help!

Hi Adobe Community, With the recent updates to AJO, which now includes web-based and code-based channels, I am evaluating whether to use Adobe Target or AJO for personalization efforts on web platform.Given these new capabilities in AJO, I am curious about the key differences in functionality, flexibility, and scalability between AJO and Adobe Target for web personalization. - Which tool is more effective for real-time personalization at scale?- Are there unique strengths in Target that AJO doesn't cover (or vice versa)?- Any advice on the technical considerations for implementing AJO vs. Target in a web context? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Hi, Offer decisioning is enabled at the "datastream" , but while validating the setup, it says "offer decisioning is not enabled", can someone please let me know what else am missing, the adobe documents are confusing many docs, soo much information, please guide me.

Hello Does AJO allow to assign default value in the attribute used as a flag. If so, How long it takes to reflect into the system. We tried using below option present in the schema, but default value is not getting assigned to the attribute when we create a new profile. Regards,Abhishek 

Hi Team,How can we customize the Seed List by Campaign or Journey? For example: I want to send 10 seed lists to the ABC journey email's, and then send 20 seed lists to the XYZ journey email's, all using the same email surface. I see that the seed list can only be configured at the channel surface level, not at the Campaign, Journey, or Email level. Are there any other options to achieve this?

I am noticing in the new AJO Reporting UI that I cannot see the individual emails in the report only the total performance for the campaign.  So comparing the performance of emails is not possible in the case of an A/B Test.   Also I noticed a very big different in the number appearing in the opens and unique open.  So much so, that I have stopped using it and returned to the standard.  Which is the better and more reliable interface?

I am working on a project for a bank. And they have their decisioning engine which decides when to send specific notifications to the customer. Some notifications would marketing, some would about transactions and some about updates. Which AJO feature would you use, event based journeys or api triggered campaigns to send different types of notifications?

Hi All,I have a use case, where I need to migrate ACC Campaigns to AJO Journeys. What's Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this? I understand the differences and the way both the products work and AJO is not a 1-0-1 replacement of ACC. However, I would like to ingest data which is used in ACC Campaigns into AEP and use it in my AJO Journeys. Note, am NOT using AEP for CDP. For CDP, I already have other product. Questions:- Is there a way to segregate Campaign run data coming from underlying systems for each Campaign run as it happens in ACC?- Load data into datasets based on a schema > We cannot create audience from datasets in AJO.- Load audience from Feed file > But this audience cannot be used in Journeys. Only Audiences created by Segmentation Service (and not Manual Upload) are available in Journeys selection/filter page.- Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this use case. Thanks! 

Hello, I am testing my previously working Journey and while the test profile enters and exists the journey successfully, the email fails due to a "No Email Address Found in Profile" Error.  The confusion is AJO did in fact find the profile because the messageFeedback event exists in the Events tab (with the EmailNoAddressFoundInProfile error code) for that profile and the email address is included as an identity in the Linked Identities section. We are aware there is a problem with this test profile in that it has some garbage associated with it in the identity map (see below), but that shouldn't cause this no Email error because the profile was found anyway and the email using the test address exists as an identity. Why is AJO not finding the email address?

Dear,We are creating an API triggered campaign email, where the trigger includes a series of context attributes to make the content of the email dynamic and personalized.There is one content block with an image that would need to be dynamic, based on a given context attribute from the trigger's payload (e.g. show an image of a dog if the context attribute value is "dog", or a cat if the value is "cat".However, each image is stored on a location and has a random URL, so we cannot make that URL dynamic based on the attribute received in the trigger's payload (i.e. www.example.com/animal/{{animal_name}} would not work).Given we have 90 different images with a random URL that can potentially be displayed based on that attribute, we can not map each image url to each context attribute value within the HTML, as that would make the content way too heavy.How would you make that work? Kind regards,Stephan

Hello All,  Have any of you guys noticed that the images are not rendering  properly when HTMLs are imported/loaded to AJO? What I usually do is when adding emails to a Campaign or a Journey I load the zip file (the zip file includes the .html file and image folder). Then I am directed to choose the destination/folder in Experience Manager Assets. Once chosen the destination folder I can import the zip, then the email will be loaded to AJO Email designer. Lately I have noticed some images are not rendering properly, only the place holders/ thumbnails are visible. In some cases when I clicked Simulate Content, the images which did not render properly rendered fine. Anyhow when I sent the actual proof, all the images were available, which was a happy ending! Even it bothers me a bit not being able to see some of the images rendering properly in AJO, I did not mind it very much since everything was perfect after sending the proof. We have a use-case where in we want to display specific offers to customer based on transaction happening at the moment. So, essentially we want to dynamically retrieve offers based on an input parameter. How can we achieve this in with adobe offers? The input parameters are not part of the audience profile attributes.

While setting up the language setting for multilingual content, I added two locales : one is primary and other one is secondary(preferred language). Now if I click on pencil button of secondary locale(i.e. Finnish) it gives me option to add "profile preferences". If I add one more preferences(eg. Arabic) it gets added to the secondary locale and shows as +1. So, my question is what does it mean by adding more than one preferences into a single locale? Thanks,Duleswar Boro
