1. Is it possible to copy a section of one journal and paste it into another?2. Is it possible to create something like a block consisting of several conditions that we can use in all other journals?Example: I check the time and date before sending an email. These are a few conditions. I'd like to have this check in all my journals.I don't want to define it every time in every journal

Hello-We have a client with multiple business units in one sandbox. As their data sits, it is not a good idea to separate into different sandboxes, so we hope to understand when foldering might be available in the user interface, especially for Journeys. There are a lot of people working in the sandbox and they need to separate out their brands. Tagging only allows filtering, not foldering.  Allowing permissions for folder visibility is also necessary.  Any input about how users have addressed this, and any roadmap info appreciated - we highly suggest this feature! 

Hi team,In Dataset "ajo_push_tracking_experience_event_dataset" we don't have any data being populated for the field "_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageProfile.messageProfileID"While for Dataset "ajo_email_tracking_experience_event_dataset" and "ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset" we have messageProfileID field being populated. Whan can be happening? Hi, We would like to create the Journey tags in an automated way, as they are managed by an external system, and we have more than 500.  In Adobe AJO API documentation (https://developer.adobe.com/journey-optimizer-apis/) is not explained but I would like to confirm if it's becasue is not possible or because is not being documented as it's quite uncommon.Thanks 

Hello,I'm in the process of configuring a feedback webhook in Adobe Journey Optimizer for my API triggered transactional mails and have selected JWT Authentication as the method. However, the documentation does not provide detailed information on the specific requirements for the following components:App ID: What exactly should be included in the App ID for the JWT authentication?API Token: Is an API token required for this authentication method? If so, how should it be generated and included?JWT Payload: What claims and information must be included in the JWT payload to ensure successful authentication?Could someone please provide detailed guidance or examples on how to correctly configure these elements for JWT authentication in the feedback webhook setup? Additionally, is it possible to do authentication using an access token, where a first call is made to obtain the access token, and then this token is included in the main webhook request? I am experiencing an unusually high failure rate in our live journeys executed via Adobe Journey Optimizer over the last 24 hours. Out of a total of 68,429 records processed, approximately 52,000 have failed, which is significantly above acceptable thresholds.The Top_Failure_Reasons section highlights several error types, but we require a deeper understanding of the root causes behind each of these failures. We have attached a screenshot for your reference that outlines the failure categories. Screenshot is attached for your reference.

Hi, I have different credentials for the dev and prod environments. Both push credentials use the same appID, but the dev credentials were configured with the “Apply to all sandboxes” option enabled, which is why they show as “All” in the sandbox field.  Would this configuration affect push deliveries in the prod environment, considering both credentials share the same appID (one for “All” and one for “Prod”)?

Hi there, We have a Journey starting with a Read Audience node reading off a batch segment. The concern from our marketing team is that the size of the batch is huge (1M profiles) and would like to send out in small batches. We are planning to use Condition, and impose a profile cap of around 10K first to test.  The question then is, how do we prevent/remove the same profile from receiving the same push notification when we go to full production after the test? I can't seem to use events with a journey starting with a Read Audience. How can we approach this? Thanks. 

I am not able to see/enable the conditional content in an email template which is imported into AJO. Is this capability available only for email templates build within AJO ?

I have created a Journey that updates the profile in the DEV sandbox.When in test mode, everything works fine. But then, when Published, the path that the journey takes is sometimes the correct one and other times the alternative error/timeout one. I am doing the same tests in test mode as when Published. Why this might happen? P:S: I am able to see the events in the profile while published

I’m exploring ways to automate the email delivery summary in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The goal is to pull delivery metrics (sent, delivered, bounced, failed) and store the details for further analysis. Any examples or best practices for automating this process via scripts or Adobe I/O integrations?  

Do we have Send Time Optimization (STO) in AJO under Campaigns ? if yes, is there a criteria only after which its enabled in the UI ?

Hi Experience League Community,I’m encountering an error while trying to create a WhatsApp API credential in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The error message I receive is:“Error fetching business accounts. Either the API token or the business account ID is not associated with the WhatsApp account.”Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Verified that my API token is valid and has the required permissions.Double-checked the business account ID to ensure it matches my WhatsApp Business Account.Confirmed that my WhatsApp Business Account is fully set up and approved in Facebook Business Manager.Made sure my user/app has admin access to the WhatsApp Business Account.Despite these steps, I’m still seeing the error. Has anyone faced this issue before, or does anyone know what could be causing it? Hi something very odd going on. If i send a journey email communication i can see the outbound email as sent within the events on the profile lookup. If I send a campaign, the emails send but do not appear on the profile event tab. if i then run sql against the AJO tables, specifically the ajo feedback table and look into the identitymap ( i do the search by using the customer email address), for the journeys there are namespace entries in the map, but not for campaigns. and both are using the same namespace IDs for the sends has anyone come across this before?
