¡Hola!Ocupo ayuda con una situación que no logro corregir.He creado y enviado varias audiencias al destino de Facebook que tengo configurado en AJO, pero al momento en que hace la lectura en el ads manager de Facebook, me aparece que el tamaño es inferior a 1,000 perfiles, ocasionando que la campaña que quiero enviar no sea efectiva. Ya verifiqué la configuración y todo está bien, por lo que no comprendo cuál podría ser el inconveniente. Quedo al pendiente de sus posibles soluciones, gracias.  

Hi there, Say if we have an AJO journey that has profile re-entrance set to 2 weeks, if we create a new journey version after publishing, will the 2 weeks still apply to the same profiles despite it being a new version? Thanks.

#AJO#Offer Decisioning When an offer is archived or 'unapproved' (moved to Draft state), why does it continue to show under the Offer Collection in the Decision Scope? Shouldn't the Offer Collection within Decision Scope only show the offers that are Approved? Is this a bug? @satheeskannak

Hi there, Just have a few questions on Push notification opt-in/opt out. The only way customers can opt out of push notifications on our app is if they directly configure the settings on their phone devices (not within the app). So if we were to launch a AJO journey, is there a need to have a segment/condition to filter to those who opted-in to push, or basically just send to all and as long as the feedbackstatus is not bounce/error, it would be sending to all those who opted-in? Thanks

Created a content template that includes expression fragments and landing pages. When I use the content template in an email within a journey, the expression fragments and landing pages work as expected. However, when I copied the HTML code of the same content template and added it to an offer (with placement as Email HTML) and included the offer in an email, the expression fragments and landing pages do not display dynamic values after email delivery. Are there any possible ways to use expression fragments and landing pages in offers?

Hi All For some reason, we must use a Custom Action in conjunction with AIO to send an SMS payload to an SMS provider. So, by not using the SMS channel Surface, we miss AJO's OOTB message logging. Are there any AJO API calls that can help us insert those details into the log schemas? If we go the schema update route, what do we need to worry about when making this kind of customization?

Hello users, I would like to create an audience based on the contacts/persons selected in a journey. I would like to select all, as I want to exclude them from another journey. But i have noticed that I can only select if I select the persons for sending email. If I use any custom actions, the persons in the custom actions are not selected. Is there any easy way to select everyone from a journey all together? 

Hello everyone, I'm currently using the function toDateTimeOnly(setHours(nowWithDelta(1,"days"),9)) in Adobe Journey Optimizer to schedule emails. Currently, this function delays sending emails until 09:00 the next day. However, I want to modify this behavior so that the function only triggers the delay if the email is initiated between 21:00 and 09:00 the following day. Specifically, if an email is triggered during this period, it should indeed be scheduled for 09:00; otherwise, it should be sent immediately without delay. Could anyone advise on how to adjust the function to meet these requirements? Looking for info to fetch a list of the profile count/details of those who received a specific offer via a specific journey/campaign.   Is there any documentation available for sample queries related to the offer decision? Is there any common attribute that can be used to join the offer decision and journey/campaign datasets?

Hi @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak @anuhya-y i want to create a condition if any data  is not present in AEP for that attribute then IF condition should work and then and vise verse else should work

Objective - To build a journey to validate activation daily for a profile and trigger email based on activation. I utilized audience qualification & enabled reentrance with wait time of 1 day so that activation is being checked each day and when activated - email would trigger. (my souce audience is such that a profile would be available everyday after refresh for 30 days) my expectation was such that each day until a profile hasn’t activated - one entry would be stored in contact history with different contact dates since profile would re-enter each day from source in journey. But while checking contact history - 8 out of 10 profiles have just single record in contact history even after re-entrance is enabled and set with wait time of 1 day. Could someone please help to explain what is going wrong here? Does re-entrance doesn’t work like that? Also, if there’s a more optimized way to achieve my objective?  @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak&nbsp

Is it possible to set a condition to evaluate an audience at a certain future date? Is there a way to check if the current date matches a hardcoded date or the date when the audience is supposed to be evaluated in the segment? Profile data won't include future date information, which means no attribute from the profile can be used for the date condition.   The use case entails incrementally loading profile data every day. We need to prebuild the audience in advance, but the evaluation should occur in the future. This ensures that the audience evaluates profiles based on the latest data only instead of evaluating from the day the audience was built.
