Hi, I want to check if a certain word is in the article name of an order, so I use the contain function. That works, only how do I check every position of the array? Because now it only checks position 0 as you see at the at(0). I want to check every position of the array, how can I do that in combination with this expression:containIgnoreCase(@{ord_paid._company.igOrder.igEntries.at(0).igArticleName.igArticleNameNL}, "geldterug")or containIgnoreCase(@{ord_paid._company.igOrder.igEntries.at(0).igArticleName.igArticleNameNL}, "aanbetaling")Thanks!

Tried using the API URL's with request parameters 'params' and 'pid' (which is retrieved through the first email received by the user. Also, every time new email is received the params & pid changes) 2. Did add the Header data and request body. I am using the "Each" function to create an email with the list of products that are left in the abandoned cart. Subsequently, we intend to implement a condition in AJO that excludes this specific profile, preventing them from receiving any emails for a period of six monthsThanks

Currently, tags can be added in the journey but how to retrieve them in the expression editor or email templates?

While creating Email template API, I am facing a challenge where I am getting a 403 error saying "You do not have permission" attaching screenshot for reference.I can see that I have Manage library items permission included in the Content Library Manager product profile (Screenshot attached).I also have API enabled for my profile.What could be the other reason, I am getting errr saying "You do not have permission to manage content or access this template. Please contact your administrator to update your permissions"   

Hi all,  i need some kind help to understand how marketing actions work.  Specifically, we are implementing a journey that eventually triggers a custom action (in which we call an external service to send marketing emails). my concern is the handling of consents.If in the custom action i define as marketing action email targeting what should i expect? that before that custom action is triggered adobe checks the user's consents? how do i indicate the field where the user expresses consent to email targeting? any help in clarifying this doubt will be greatly appreciated

Hi, I am trying to create an email template for sending out campaigns in AJO. I wrote some html code and tried to comment it using <!-- hello --> and it is working fine.However when in the same html code i added a helper function <!-- {%= age(date) %} --> the comments are not working properly. Does anyone have an idea on how we can add a comment around helper functions .Attaching screenshot for reference  Thanks  

Hello! I was wondering if the suppression list also works for phone numbers. We have received several complaints from customers that don't want to receive sms and we would like to exclude their phone numbers from our communications. Is it possible? If not, what do you recommend we could do?

The client is migrating from Marketo to AJO, brand has various sub-brands, and the sender email address is unique for each sub-brand. However, the client is resisting the idea of following subdomain delegation for each sub-brand. The sub-brands do not have a technical team that can support this process, and they don't mind if the corporate or marketing mail delivery domain is the same. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario? is it possible to set up Email channel surface without subdomain delegation?

Does anyone know if we can use offer decisions within the in-app channel that’s part of a journey? When I look at the in-app message interface within a journey, it’s not showing offer decisions, rather it’s only showing profile attributes.

Hi, How do we exactly fetch the journey status (i.e., whether it is live, stopped, draft, etc) through the query service in AJO? What is the field name which should be called for fetching the status? I am trying to fetch all the live journeys but not able to find the field name through which I can filter out the ones which are live or draft or stopped.

Hello, I would like to get all data from my audience but I only have sample of 9 records. How is it possible to have more than 9 records as sample ?As I have 5.96k normally I would like for example have 100 records of that.

Hi, I'm a little bit lost about how manage the third party unsubscription. I have my external landing page for unsuscbribe profiles (info.myexternalunsub.com/Email-Preference-Center.html?&optout=true). So, I will create the message template in a journey and add "External opt out" type in Unsubscribe link Then I can't understand the Subscription API Call, where and when the API call will be triggered? As the final unsubscription landing page (info.myexternalunsub.com/Email-Preference-Center.html?&optout=true) is hosted in an external tool I can't change anything there, neither the green unsubscribe button or the checkbox. Here info.myexternalunsub.com/Email-Preference-Center.html?&optout=true templateHere I can see profile need to add its email so maybe third party tool will make all the work, matching email with opt out behavior but not sure about it. So please if you can guide me step by step the API part and where that endpoint goes and so on as I can'
