Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi Team,We have a third party hosted Landing page with which we want to configure unsubscribe.To implement this we have implemented Subscription API call through Developer Console to update the preference of indivdual profile. To achieve this we have used the following document:Email opt-out management | Adobe Journey Optimizer There is a requirement to pass two encrypted parameters in the URL1. params( which will contain encrypted payload data) and2. Pid (Profile ID) The challenge here is how to encrypt these values in runtime in AJO/AEP and pass it to individual user while sending email.   

Can you tell me what is the reson of "INTERNAL" and "messageExecutionFailed" in Journey Report and wer are facing the issue 7 profile entered in the journey and it is showing that 9 Exited from Journey and 9 get failed 

Is it possible to download the metadata of all the journeys existing in the AJO as a csv file. Something like the journey overview database ? Not like what we can get from the reports accessible from the individual journeys which has detailed overview of each individual journey, but like a consolidated table containing all journeys and their related KPIs

Hello All, I am trying to put a "Add to Calendar" button to an email in the campaign section of AJO. We have previously used Marketo which had a feature within the tokens that would allow us to do this. Is there any work arounds or similar tools within AJO?

Hello All, I have a journey which will send SMS to users based on some conditions. As part of my audience evaluation, I need to know whether the user has received SMS from this same journey within last 2 months. If yes, we need to exclude such users from the audience segment,  else the SMS should be triggered to the users. SMS is implemented using custom action. Is there any possible way to implement this ?

We have an urgent ask, so any quick replies will be appreciated.  We have a journey that starts with segment qualification and has a profile cap. Audience that are in the range of the cap receive an email and the rest exit the journey.  The journey evaluates on a daily basis and we'd like to understand how to exclude the profiles from receiving an email if they've already received the same email before.  Thanks!

Can we Use AMP Script in AJO emial template ?Is It possible that we can call a excel data inside AJO template via AMP script ? 

Hi Team, I have a usecase where I need to select a specific field from the profile schema for reading out the email for campaign. However if this field is empty then I want AJO to select some other field for reading the email. Currently we can only select one field using the execution field option in AJO. Is there some other way to handle it? I am aware that in journey its possible to override it , not sure how it can be handled in AJO campaigns. Thanks,Arpan  

Hello,  I have a question about the suppression list feature in AJO. As far as I comprehend, this feature allows us to add users whom we do not wish to contact. I included my personal email address in this list and scheduled a campaign to send me an email. However, I am still receiving emails from AJO, and I am uncertain whether this functionality is functioning correctly. Thanks,Arpan

Hi there,  I have a question when using the external data source in AJO.  Here is our use case: We would like to send emails to users who did a travel search, and in the email, we would like to use the destination name the user searched. But after a user searches for a travel, AEP will only receive an event with eVars with the destination code (not the destination name). And there is an API endpoint whose response can map the destination code to the destination name.  Now I have added the API as our external data source and also created an audience that users did a travel search. But when I setup the journey, I didn't find any out-of-box action in AJO to enrich the data. Did I do things correctly? Or is there a better solution or use case I can refer to? Thanks very much!

Hi All, We are sending the emails via AJO journey, I want to know if end user is marking my emails spam how I would know about this, is this a oob furcation which automatically mark that as hard bouncy and added it to the suppress list or we need to reach out to ESP like google and get that spam list and manual upload that in AJO suppression list?

However, for our org identity structure, a profile can have multiple accounts, the data looks like this: "ContactNumbers": [{"Account": "1","PhoneNumber": "111","AccountType": "Class A"},{"Account": "2","PhoneNumber": "222","AccountType": "Class B"},{"Account": "3","PhoneNumber": "333","AccountType": "Class c"}] Is it possible in the Advanced Mode of an expression, put conditions in there? In English, "return me the phone number in the array position where AccountType is "Class C""  Thanks!

Within the AJO Offer Decisioning Engine, is there a way to create the offers (Offer placements, HTML/offer copy) at scale by importing from a CSV or another approach.  Anyone have experience? I have a scenario where we need to create content blocks "Offers" for 250+ variation and creating these manually would be impractical. The structure of each content block would be roughly the same.  Also is there a cap on the number of offers that can be created?

Hello!As of today, we have noticed that all our journey we have set up in several sandboxes did not execute the first step (Read Audience). They have worked perfectly fine until yesterday. The step is set to be executed daily at 10:00h. Did anyone else experience similar error today? When we go to journey report, it says 0 profiles have entered the journey, despite the fact that target audience has profiles in it. Thanks

I created a very simple journey, which receives an event and send an email to the user, the email address binding is defaulted to PersonalEmail.address. I have created this journey and enabled it as well, but now I am observing email failure as the email address attribute is not available in the profile. I am storing the email address under a different profile attribute, so wanted to know if we can use a different expression for the email address field in an already active journey?

Hi, As far as I know, a customer can still only be once in the same journey. We use the email address as the namespace.This gives us some problems. E.X. we send out e-mails if a package is delayed and there is a wait in the journey. However a customer can have multiple orders with multiple orders being delayed. As long as he is still in the journey with another order being delayed, he can not enter the journey again for another delayed package. How do you deal with this? And does Adobe see a solution for this? 

Hi All, Requirement:  Need to populate the dynamic/variable information in X.XX % design in the email creative. On the off chance that, variable field have X.X% then, at that point, need to add '0' and make design X.XX % in any case keep the first arrangement X.XX%. for e.g., if data is coming from source, have 4.5 then need to make 4.50 %.  in case, it is coming 4.50 then need to keep as it is 4.50%.  Field/ column is string.   regarding 0%, tried to apply direct concat but it is also not working as well.  {%=concat(xyz field,"0%") %}xyz column- coming from custom actions Thanks. 

My client generates campaigns in Adobe Campaign and journeys in AJO. He wants to analyze some KPIs together IN CJA, for example:number of emails sent/delivered/opened/excluded/failed (sum of emails from AJO and from ACC)number of SMS sent/outbound/exclusion/errors (sum of  SMS from AJO and from ACC)Is this possible? if yes, how can I do it? Thanks!

Maybe you know, in February 2024 Significant updates to Gmail and Yahoo's email delivery requirements will take effect. Email senders who fail to comply with the new requirements set by Gmail and Yahoo will experience a negative impact in deliverability and email performance.   Did Adobe take any actions about this ? Hi,Can we create an audience in AEP where we need to check attribute like '%abc%cdc%'.We can see there is an ability to use contains from the available options but for the above regex we need to apply 2 rules. i.e attribute contains abc and attribute contains cdc.Is there any way we can add just one rule with the regex?

I want to use the landing page functionality to add new data and update existing data in a specific schema->dataset. So that that data can be used for campaign personalization. I see only subscription list can be updated not in a specific dataset with the input data. is there any option to use landing page with the expected behavior 

There is an inSegment function to check the current audience membership of a profile but how to check wasInSegment audience membership? Does AJO stores all the previous membership details for a given profile?

How can we use array in the condition and find the same value in the jounrey
