Hi,  I had set up custom action for sending SMS to External service provider.  I'm trying to test the SMS. In Journey, to add the text message I have used SMS action before the custom action. SMS surface is mandatory for SMS action. To set up SMS surface, API credential is required. In API credential, can only setup for default service providers( Sinch, Twilio, Infobip). Not sure how to setup here. Please help. Thanks,Ram.

Hi, I have successfully implemented Push notification in my AJO instance and I am able to do push notifications from AJO, but I am not able to get any open tracking details of my push notification. I have a content block in my email, which will have personalized content based on an attribute value. I want this content block to be reused in multiple emails and all my emails are created by importing external HTML into AJO (not using the in-built email designer). I see fragments are only allowed in emails using email designer.Is there any way to achieve this?

New to the Adobe family.Took all the AJO classes and working with an outside source to get me and my crew up to speed now that the IP warming is complete. Was told the only way to get mirror links is to create a 'content template' upload the html into it. Duplicated a working journey that has a segmented list, edit the 'email parameters' so it only sends to that one person, edit content where you change the design to that content template you just created, then save and publish it. The problem is once the journey is live you can't see any changes you made to the content template post publish.Is there a better way to get the mirror page than doing all those steps and would reflect any changes?

 We'd like to know how to use data in journeys when we manually upload it to a Dataset without enabling the profile. For example, we upload data like the following using manual uploads and do not enable the profile. As per our understanding, this data won't be updated in the Profile. Therefore, we would like to understand how we can use ABC as an audience and send an email to them within journeys. NameEmailABCabc@gmail.com 

Hi, using the preview -> proof email feature, email renders fine in preview for select test profile, but when a proof is sent using the same test profile the delivery fails, its hard to see what is causing this error, the status is just "Failed" without further info. What to do? anyone using journey optimizer and knows a trick?

Hi Folks,  I have a very basic question for which I seek a solution here. I have created a business event and used that inside the journey followed by read segment and and Email channel. After I publish and execute(event) I got the email means everything works fine but I try to trigger the event multiple times on which I can see it looks working fine in journey report but not able to receive the email. Am I missing something here on configuration or anything. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks

HI, I'm creating an email design with some fragments I previously created. They are all text fragments, some of them have images, but those images are hosted in an external FTP. When I save the email design, i get the following error: "Email size has exceed the limit of 100kb. (CJMMAS - 203-200)." What should I do?  

Wondering if any one has solved this use case in AJO for perhaps a customer sales offer or otherwise. Looking to send at scale an email to a list, with a custom link to a personalized PDF, which contains personalized information unique to the customer. If I hosted these PDFs within AJO, is there a way to ensure that only the recipient of the email could access the PDF without a login/password (besides their own email account).  If the email was forwarded I would need:1) link is unavailable or2) link cannot be hacked to access location of others PDFs. Ideally this solution would only require using AJO.  Anyone solve this problem?  

Is there a way to loop through the journey in AJO if a condition is not met at that time after adding a wait condition?Check the condition in the journey again after x days if the user didn’t qualify for the condition.Is there a way to add a wildcard/dynamic value in the URL part of the data source for a POST call?

Hi, I want to establish connection between Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer. I followed the instructions as mentioned in the below document.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/adobe-experience-cloud-integrations/set-up-adobe-organization-mapping.html?lang=en I received the below pop-up information.My inquiry is as follows:Can we reverse this process, meaning, is it possible to disconnect the connection when required or necessary?Upon disconnection, what happens to the data? Is it automatically removed, or do we need to manually remove it from AJO? This is crucial because loading numerous records or profiles in the sandbox environment may impact the licensing cost and platform performance.Thanks in advance. @davidkangni @satheeskannak need your suggestions

We have a 4 email journey.   Day 1, Day 4 (3 days) , Day 18 (14 days) and then every 14 days for another 2 emails. We can see that the audience received the 3rd  email but then everyone stopped moving in the journey - they did not unsubscribe and they did not move to the next wait condition?  Anyone have this type of issue?  It raises concerns of multi touchpoint journeys.    Is there a cap on the number of days a journey can last?   Has anyone had success with Adobe helpdesk getting these types of messages unstuck or do we need to abandon the journey?

I understood how dynamic content works on Marketo: it only works with existing segmentation. but here I'm getting new leads and so the language is crutial prior to knowing them (filling the form and having their country. Any idea how I could do that? Thank you

Hi, I was wondering how one would be able to write this in the "advanced mode" expression for condition nodes: profile.segmentMembership.get("ups").get("0e7acbf5-bf4c-4673-8c66-c3177e045335").status == "exiting"%}Based on the documentation I have found, "inSegment('segmentName') == false" should be doing the same thing (added a link to the documentation below). However, it does not seem like the expression above refers to cusotmers with an "exiting" segmentMembership, but rather no segmentMembership (such as the regular Not(InSegment('segmentName'))  ).Boiling it down, I want an expression that works within a condition node that identifies profiles with a segmentMembership == exiting, i.e. split a read segment based on customers that either exited another segment or not. Hi, is it be possible to check numbers of profiles in a segment in a Condition in a Journey.  In my journey I have a read segment with 1000 profiles. If an audience (Audience A) has less than 10 profiles I need to send all profiles down this path X, if Audience A >= 500 all profiles should go down path Z. Is this possible and what would be the a syntax for this?  Many thanks in advance! 

Is there a way to have a default value described for a record in a schema/dataset; ie if the value is Null, the default value is automatically added?

Is there a way to fulfill a user journey that has multiple actions (email, SMS, etc.) and wait periods that exceed the 30 day wait activity limit? For instance, if a user submits an application, they are sent a thank you email 24 hours after the submission. A journey of sequential emails is then sent to the user 30, 60, 90 days after the application submission. My initial thought is to break them out as separate journeys, but unsure as to how you could accommodate the 60 and 90 day actions as those would exceed the 30 day wait activity limit. I see that a user can add start and end dates for journeys, but not sure if you put the end date past 30 days, if it automatically overrides the 30 day occupancy limit a user can remain in a journey. Any recommendations that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.
