Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, I am getting this following error, JOURNEY ERROR => Journey version can't be deserialized (ERR_JOURNEYVERSION_107 )   Does anyone faced this type of error, if so any solution to this? I couldn't able to find the error codes in documentation as well.   Thanks in Advance

Hello!   A potentially newbie question here - is there a way to send an email proof of the Text-Only version? The system seems to only allow proofs for the HTML version. I understand you can toggle images on/off for the HTML version in your email client, but many email clients will serve up the Text-Only version when you are sending in multipart, so would like to make sure the Text version is QA-ed as well.   Thanks in advance! Hi , 1) Can we do orchestration inside AJO for a profile based on what offer they are qualified in decision management for a particular channel and context  May be by creating a "Data source" for decision service API  2) Can we do orchestration based on offers they have received and responded. Example - If a profile received offer XYZ on website homepage in last 30 days then in journey we put the profile to "Wait" for 30 days.   Thanks.

Hi, Is Real time customer profile really real time because when I try to ingest data into the respective dataset through direct event/API call it takes more time like max of 15min to ingest the data. Even enabling the dataset/schema to profile still this much latency. Is there anyway we can get the data into the dataset within real quick like <1 min to make it realtime?   Thanks in Advance!

Hi, How can I delete a segment definition in AJO? I can't find any delete option in the UI. As a basic house keeping activity we want to delete segments that should no longer be used. Also is there anyway of copying a segment to make it easier to create new variants. Regards, Richard.

Hi, I need to create a snapshot of my profile snapshot dataset in AJO so I can access values stored in aggregate fields in PowerBI. I have tried scheduling a query to select the columns and counters I need and write them to a dataset. The problem I have is that the scheduled query either adds rows to the table (thus I get duplicates), using the "Use Existing Dataset" option or schedule never runs when I use the "Use New Dataset". I've tried adding the SQL DELETE FROM tablename at the start of the query only to have my query fail with delete from tool_extract_layers_and_locations; 6:52:08 PM > Running query... 6:52:46 PM > Query failed in 38.285 seconds. 6:52:46 PM > ErrorCode: 42601 Syntax error encountered. Reason: [Invalid command!] How can I run a scheduled query (eg run every second day) , create a dataset with a fixed name, and only have it contain the results of the last time the query executed?

Hi, We are trying to pull the collection value in an event condition on the sandbox environment, but it is showing as disabled, while hovering over that collection, its giving a popup to switch to advance mode. But advance mode is not showing in that condition, Can anybody suggest why?  

Hi, We are following this documentation Link and using the Each Helper function to show the items of cart in email content for an Event we had created, and fetching the Productlistitems array from analytics schema and adding the contextual values from that array, but while triggering the journey we are receiving blank email. Does anybody knows why? We are using the same code  as present on the website    

We are looking at creating a journey requesting the email recipient to click on a link to access a web application, update their details and come back to the email and click on a button to confirm that they have updated their details.With the Reactions Events how can we tell if they clicked on the button and not the web application link?

Hello all,Despite AJO offers the possibility to use External Opt-Out/Unsubscription link, if I add functions (or even just profile attributes) to the URL, I'm allowed to save the message (html validation is ok) but publication fails as shown below. Expression:https://mywebsite/{%= profile.locale %}/unsubscribe_newsletter?id={%= profile.personID %}&service=NLDid you face the same issue?Do you know how to avoid this error and publish correctly the message? Maybe the escape of some chars might help?Thank you,Salvatore

Hi, Does AJO Supports direct mail channel, at the moment i only see Email, Push and SMS Channels in my environment? what about InApp and Direct Mail channels? 

Hi there, issue, creating a new sandbox, if we then want to start creating test emails right away this is not possible because it requires a message preset, which takes 7-10 business days.... even though there are already valid presets in other sandboxes this is still required? is there a trick here that someone knows? i mean it doesnt make sense at all, we dont even need to send anything out so this is only for creating and testing templates with different content variables, dont feel like waiting a week to be able to work with this....
