Adobe Journey Optimizer

[Cross-posting this question from another forum]Hi all, does anyone have a best resource that discusses Journeys in the context of lifecycle management of versions, which ones are live, how to allow users to complete their journeys in V1 but have all new instances kick off the V1.1 version of the journey?  I know if you stop a journey it ends the journey for everyone in that journey.  what i'm looking for is to bring a journey "offline" which would allow any users in a journey to complete their path and have new triggers of  the journey enter the latest version of the journey only.

So you're ready to build a journey in Abode Journey Optimizer. You click on "Create Journey", give your new journey a name and set the basic properties. And then...you have a blank canvas.
