is there any way to use the event forwarding as API triggered email ?

We have the functionality called API trigger email in the campaign. By any chance using the event forwarding as a trigger solution for Adobe journey optimizer?

Because we have triggers earlier using pipeline, we had the email trigger option in adobe cloud system. Sameway, do we able to do here?

Basically, event forwarding can be done through the edge level. Once you configure the event forwarding, using that json, can we send to AJO for API triggered email? Let me know if you still need further details.
