Refresh estimate- Doesn´t Work

Up until now, it had been working 100%. Three days ago, when I created audiences and tried to preview the segment or the estimate, I got the following message: "Cannot get estimate data." Does anyone know why this happens, or why it could happen?

Also, you may need to wait for segment evaluation job to run to see the qualified profile count.

Hi @brandonda6 , I believe it’s usually due to issues with how the segment is set up or how the schema is configured. Might a problem with Lookup Schemas. if your segment relies on Lookup Schemas and there are mistakes in the keys or values, that can also cause this error. To fix this, carefully review your segment criteria, double-check that all the fields in your schema are enabled for profiles and correctly mapped.
