Unable to trigger testing process through namespace id

Hello, I am experiencing some issues while using Adobe Journey Optimizer and would like to ask for assistance.

 

In the profile tab, I can find the user id 'xxx' under the namespace 'personID'.

 

Although the estimates for the audience 'A Team' show 0,

 

I think the user 'xxx' belongs to the audience group 'A Team'(as the user receives emails correctly when the journey is published).

 

However, when I duplicate this journey and run it in testing mode, I am unable to trigger the test journey correctly using the same personID 'xxx'.

Hello @yizhoupe 

 

The profile should have an attribute of testProfile with a value of true for this to work. You can't pick any random records to test the journey.

 

You can follow this doc to create a test profile for testing.
