Adobe Target

Is it possible to edit the names of experiences in an MVT test similar to in an a/b test?  I am launching an MVT test with 27 variations using Analytics as the report suite via A4T, but I can't seem to edit the variation names to be descriptive.  Am I going to have to deal with trying to keep track of "Experience A, Experience B, Experience C" which would require me to manually build a lookup table for this?  Am I missing something?

Hello,  We've implemented opt in service using Adobe Launch. Configured the ECID extension correctly like below  Now once the user accepts cookies for target, we've update the permission and invoke direct call rule to trigger as permission/ consent provided.  adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.TARGET, true);adobe.optIn.complete();  Can see Adobe request coming through on page but can't see any delivery request in network tab instead getting below warning in console  and experience not coming through target  Any idea what's wrong here? 

We launched our test in Target. In workspace for that same time period for the same page we're getting 1900 unique visitors. However in the A4T workspace our variants are getting about 200 unique visitors each for that same time period, so we're clearly missing quite a bit of users out there. When creating the same experiment through Target from scratch we get the Page Delivery Settings modal, since our page is SPA do we need to add the additional URL to Template Rules? Would this also fix the substantial traffic that we're missing from our experiment or are these 2 unrelated issue?  Thanks for all the help!  

SetupI am running an A/A test to QA our target A4T implementation. I am comparing in workspace a segment with hits to my activity and a segment with hits to the page the test was taking place on.ProblemVisits to my activity are larger than visits to my page slightly. I expect this because I understand that visits increment differently. However, when I compare these segments by visitor the page segment is about 4% higher than my test segment. Why is this? I'm not sure if there is a difference in how visitors are counted with a page hit segment vs. a test hit segment. Are there certain settings a user might have that excluded them from target but not analytics? I understand a slight difference but I do want to be able to explain why 4% of visitors would not be exposed to a test.

Can I segregate my AB test to Device specific, like Only Desktop?

I have created an audience to equal a specific target-global-mbox  , these are member numbers that have a number of special criteria we are looking for. However, these member numbers update daily and we have to manually paste them into the audience. Is there a way to automate the process?  Thank you! 

We need to load Experience fragment using Java script in a Experience Targeting Activity. Is it possible to load a experience fragment in dynamic Way. We don’t want to VEC editor for this purpose since there are few conditions involved which we want to verify before we load the experience fragment on the page.

Good Morning,Hoping someone could shed some light as to why we are seeing different impression numbers for an Automated Personalization activity we are currently running.Screenshot below shows the impressions of 1.4m for the "Targeted" group Clicking into the "Targeted" group, there’s 2.8m of combined impressions between the two groups below.So, the question here is why do I see 1.4 million total impressions in the first screenshot but once I click into the "Targeted Group", I see 2.8 million total impressions.  Hoping someone could help me makes sense of this. Cheers,Alex

Hi, I would like to display every day during a  specific Time Frame i.e (from 6 am to 4 pm) a modified Form Filed design experience, vs the current one running all day. How should I set up in Target, the timing switch functionality within the new variation experience? it's the A/B the ideal activity to use in this case?  Thank you so much for your help.

Running into trouble setting up Target to meet the following use case: [If Incoming traffic is from google organic search and it's going to land on Page A, redirect to Page B. (But if Page A is requested otherwise during the visit, allow A to be shown)] The trouble is that we can redirect the incoming traffic to Page B as landing page--- But if the person navigates to Page A later in their visit (through site menu or otherwise), they are again redirected to Page B.  How would you recommend constructing a Target activity to achieve the first-page-of-visit redirect from Page A to Page B, but not interfere with subsequent requests for Page A in the visit?

Dear all, We have an ongoing A/B test on a certain page. We are making change to that page by removing and replacing certain HTML elements which is likely to affect the modifications we made in the A/B test. We currently have the url to the equivalent page in development. The idea is that we create a copy of the A/B test and replace the original url with the development url to check for any errors. The problem is that the development url requires a sign-in, which pops up in normal browser but not in AT. AT only shows me the redirected 404 not found error page.Does anyone know if this can be solved? The ideal would be for us to see the development page in VEC to make the necessary changes.Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Hi Team, We are uploading the offline data into experience cloud using CRS.  The website is on at.js 2.x , we have passed mbox3rdPartyId through  adobe.target.trackEvent  through Adobe Launch Rule "PQR". Target is implemented on website through launch only and there is separate rule "ABC" for this. "PQR" is firing post "ABC" and I can see call is firing in network tab for both.  I can see mbox3rdPartyId also present under Id. So wanted to check with you if this setup would not cause any issue and I can target the loggedIn users since I have the thirdPartyId in the param. 

Dear all, We have a website where the search terms are obtained from the HTML elements when the the website is redirected to the result page.We want to use this information in AT to determine the audience for experience targeting.  In specific, the user search for the depart and return date/location for their travel.The result page following this only shows the first part of a two-way travel or the one-way travel alone.The depart date, depart location, arrive location are used to determine if the user falls into the audience for certain information to be shown on the same result page, preferably without having to reload.And the next page shows the return trip, with the depart date, depart location, arrive location again used to determine if the user falls into the audience for certain information to be shown on the same result page, preferably without having to reload. I wonder if the timing works out, as the info could only be taken from the HTML elements

How can I add a simple popup modal on page load using adobe target?

We are currently using URL strings to identify paid audiences that we want to test/target within Adobe Target. Is there a way to use placement name instead of the URL to determine the correct addressable audience? 

Is it possible to to stop AT showing A/B tests to Google Testing bots / applications light light house, web core vitals? Is this done via the audience section?

I have installed Adobe target V2 extension with at.js version 2.2.0 in adobe launch .I also have written rule in adobe launch and did “load target” and “fire global mbox” .A4T configuration is done and working fine. I have also created an Experience target activity . For target - using the sandbox provided by adobe.Where as for AEM - using local instance localhost:4503 access via tunnel (ngrok) for example - https://f82bfea0d66d.ngrok.io/content/we-retail/language-masters/en/men.htmlAble to successfully connect from AEM to target. However when I load the page(where launch code is present) via tunnel domain name , I am not able to find any beacon in network tab when I filter it with "mbox"and also in adobe debugger I am not able to find any activity in the target tab. Where as when accessed via. , localhost:4503 able to see the call on the filter with "mbox"Please let me know whether i can access via tunnel domain name.
