Adobe Target

Morning Team, Just so wider teams are aware as client care do not seem to escalate issues. In our Feed load interface we have it set up to run at 08:30 GMT as stated in the interface But having spotted issues with pricing and volumes dropping I have monitored and the actual FTP pulled in at 07:30 not 08:30  UK members be aware as we have now had over a month of issues with our feed since the clocks changed.  

Does the Traffic Estimator Tool for automated personalization activities in Target exist anywhere outside of the tool? I ask because, currently, it seems like you have to manually create additional offers to just calculate how many offers a page (or group of pages) can reasonably support. As an analyst that doesn't have Editor privileges in Target, this is problematic because I can't add in additional offers just to get the calculation for planning purposes.Is there any additional documentation with the statistics involved or a spreadsheet that can generate the same time estimates as the tool? Any information would be appreciated.Thanks

Bonjour, Je cherche à savoir quel paramétrage Adobe Target peut provoquer un dysfonctionnement dans le chargement d’une page dans l’éditeur visuel permettant de créer des activités d’AB Test. En effet, nous possédons un compte comportant plusieurs organisations et autant de profils propres à chacune.Sur une des organisations et son profil associé, lors de la création d'une activité AB Test, la page cible à modifier n'est pas chargée dans l’éditeur visuel / onglet « Expériences ».Malgré la présence du plugin VEC Helper et l'autorisation à injecter des bibliothèques au site web, le message d’erreur s’affiche : Une erreur s'est produite lors de la recherche de bibliothèques cibles... Or, si l'activité est créée (en ciblant la même url) à partir d'une autre organisation/profil, alors tout fonctionne correctement.Ma page est bien chargée dans l'éditeur et je peux sélectionner les éléments que je souhaite modifier. Il s’agirait donc belle et bien d’un probl

When you are getting a continuous warning AT: Failed actions on the console where your Target Test is rendering, did you ever think that this Target Test could be the reason of this warning message and AT library failure but not the Target implementation on the site page .Generally, whenever we see such warnings in the browser console, we feel something wrong with the implementation but in fact there is not. You can confirm it by disabling the mbox (mboxDisable=1) on the same site page and if the warning disappears then you can confirm and tick AT implementation. In addition to this, you can also try 'adobe.target' in console to analyze it. Once this is validated, you can come back to your Target Test which is rendering. There is no direct way but you can check all the Activities (if more than one) rendering on the page. More convenient way is to use the preview URL of each Activity.On justifying the Activity which is causing the issue, go to that Activity in Target and scan throu

We have just started with the recommendation functionality in Target. We want to use the 'Most popular' algorithm on the page, but want to exclude the articles that are already viewed by the visitor. How can we set this up in Target for recommendations? With the exclusion functionality?

Hi Experts,I have an issue in delivering activity when I created few experiences in target.In my scenario ,the activities are inconsistent in the delivery. When the user logged we will be displaying recommendation in the home page. But it is inconsistent and sometimes it will delivery.What would be the reason?Can anyone help on this?

Hi Team,I'm very much beginner to Adobe Target . I have implemented adobe target using Adobe Launch with extension at.js and passing a default global variable sitename in to Target. Now I got a new request asking about to setup a Propertie. Hi Community,I have issue on sending mbox parameters. It is kind of cross domain. In this use case , journey start with domain A and end with domain B. From domain B we are passing order confirmation mbox parameters to profile scripts. Since it is third-party domain I think those parameters are not sent properly to Adobe target.Any idea or do we need to enable anything for this cross domain scenario? Thanks

Hello,at my workplace we are finalizing the integration between Target and AEM (using Adobe IO).The configurations seem to have gone well, but when I try to export the Experience Fragments to Target, what is received is not a Experience Fragment on AEM, but quite literally the HTML (and on Target, they tell me, they see that the source is Adobe Target Classic). After searching for a while, I think we are encountering the issue described here (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/release-notes/service-pack/sp-release-notes.html) : In the Known Issue section. We are currently on AEM 6.5.4.0. I'd say the rest of the configurations (considering that the Fragments have been exported) should be correct. In the Target configuration we specified at.js as a library.I was wondering, has anybody found a solution to this problem? How can we proceed to have our AEM Experience Fragments properly imported in the offers of Target?Any help, update or informat

I want to randomize visitors to my site so I can test 3 promotions across multiple pages. I'm thinking we randomize the visitors into groups A, B and C, and write a cookie with the value. Then I create an audience for each cookie value and serve the appropriate experiences. Using a cookie because I want return visitors to stay in the same group. But not sure how to do the randomizing cookie part. Suggestions?

Hi Helpies, We created 3 different activities (A/B Test) in the Adobe Target 3 days ago, but still there is no traffic inside the report.We connected the right Adobe Analytics platform, made tweaks according to the demos and tutorials, but issue is still there. Hi, When trying to use Adobe target with our website I see the following error message in the console of the browser: AT: [page-init] Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Ensure that you can save cookies to your current domain, there is no "mboxDisable" cookie and there is no "mboxDisable" parameter in query string. We have no mboxDisable cookie on our site, there is no mboxDisable in the query string. We are running the latest version of at.js scrip - 2.3.2. Also other cookies, from say google adservices are stored, so I don't think there is a problem there. I have used the adbobe extension to see if there is any activity, and there isn't. We can see that the at.js script is loaded (we have even added a console.log to this to prove it). We are a deadend. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,I have created an A/B Activity and when I am trying to do targeting for Experience Fragments with Single Page Application (SPA), I am able to save the activity but getting the below error and the activity is getting in draft mode:Sync ErrorYour updates did not get published to Adobe's delivery network. If the problem persists, please contact Adobe Client Care.  For normal Text components I am able to do targeting and also make the activity active & the expected text is seen when navigated to the page.But this issue i am seeing only when using Experience Fragment.  Regards,Sree

We have a client that uses dynamic URLs with multiple PIDs across thousands URLs, and we would like to know if and why, we can or can't use the Visual Experience Composer to create and test experiences on dynamic URLs. ThanksDs

I'm curious if anyone has had success trying to leverage the new getOffers function to call all regional mboxes on a page with a single call/response? We got it working, but our Tech group reported that the performance was actually way worse than sending the separate individual calls. That doesn't seem to make sense. Anyone doing this?
