Hi All,I'm new to Target Implementation and my question may looks silly. I have implemented the Target rule and I have passed the Dataelement value to the rule and could notice result as 'true' instead of the 'value'. Is that the outcome is expected. Appreciate the Help ! Thanks,Balakrishna

Good day, I am using a criteria with a custom key. That works fine when passing an ID, e.g. when using "People who bought this, bought that". However, it is not working when passing multiple IDs, whatever the format is. Are the recommendation logics not able to work with more than one ID? Or am I doing something wrong with the formatting of the custom key? Thanks in advance. 

I'm trying to create an a-b test that involves testing a banner that only displays when a user is logged in. The banner won't display in the visual experience designer because it loads the unlogged-in user view of the page. I'm logged in to the website outside of adobe, and thought the session would carry over into the designer. How do you load the version of the page where the user is logged in so I can be able to see the banner? I appreciate your help.

I'm reviewing the results of a recent A/B test. I've selected by date range, changed the reporting methodology to visits, and exported the resulting data to CSV. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a method to download the data by date. Is this not possible with Adobe Target? Note that I do not use Adobe Analytics. This seems like a fairly basic functionality that I'm likely just missing. I've searched this forum and the documentation and I can't find anything about exporting the data by date. 

I have implemented target recommendations to show products and it works just fine.I now want to implement another recommendation not showing products, but other elements (e.g. Categories or Blog posts). How am I able to do that? I guess there must be another feed including all these elements?Thanks in advance

Hi All, We are seeing issues where we see that there are lot of unspecified (almost 58%) for the Adobe Target activity we created.Few points:1. All the pages on site has the Target activity enabled.2. There is a default experience so that when user doesnt qualify for any audience they should fall back to default experience. What could be the reason why we have such a high number as unspecified? Thanks,Nitin

I am trying to get the users mboxSessionID to pass to a cross domain. recently upgraded to at.js and mboxFactoryDefault.getSessionId() is no longer available.Is there equivalent in at.js

Hi Team, As a part of recommendations, we want to show the recommended items to a loggedIn user on the basis of his purchase history and not on the basis of purchase history of all users.For example, If a user John has redeemed few offers on the website then I would like to show John similar offers on the website. The recommended offers must be 'similar' to the offers John has  redeemed in past. The Recommended offers must not include the redeemed history of other users. How do we maintain the user profile in the recommendations ? Thank you in advance for your suggestions. Regards,Ambika

Hi there. I found a couple of similar questions from 2-3 years back. But I think my question is a little different. We are looking to accommodate Target Activities of different initiatives and structure within the same page. For example, 1) banner section is changed based on previous page content of user2) primary content section below is swapped according to target audiences (audience A gets personalised content for A, audience B sees different content for that same section in the page) 3) A/B test may be running on content UI elsewhere for optimisation The 3 tests would have different time frame, owner of activity, and use separate Target Activities. What is the best practice for managing this sort of business practice? Use separate mbox'es for different initiatives and run on the same page? Or they would work just fine so long as they do not try to modify the same HTML block on the page? Thank you so much for your help!

I understand that category affinity is contingent on having a value set to the parameter 'user.categoryId'. I was wondering if it were possible to reference user.categoryId by itself as an mbox parameter in my audience rules, as opposed to using the standalone category affinity algorithm? Suppose user.categoryId is associated with the category of my product, can I build an audience whose categoryId matches a specific value?

Hi, I see in documentation that "collections are updated with each run of an entity", was wondering if collections are updated when we use delivery target api to update entities as well and if collection that activity is using is updated as well? so when we using inclusion rules in an activity, it will filter entities based on the update values and parameters of the inclusion rule?thank you 

All,I have two questions about Target. First, I've built A/B tests on pages and for some reason my changes will not show up in Firefox even when I will change the manual allocation to 100 percent. Has anyone had any issues with Firefox or any settings you'd recommend to get the test changes to show up?Second, will a conversion metric "clicked an element" set up on an external link be able to be tracked? I've set up a test with the metric and I'm not recording any clicks on the element and have tested on several browsers/devices.Thank you for any insight anyone can provide,Jason Darnell

Hi, I have some issues with Catalog and inclusion rules comparisons in adobe target recommendations. I am trying to use " is less than or equal to" to compare same entity attribute values that are numeric and it looks like adobe thinks of the attribute values as strings , so only when using "equals" I get a correct entity match.For example, entity.hoursSinceUpdate = 358 is returned when searching/filtering for hoursSinceUpdate is less than or equal to 72What could be causing this issue? Should I delete entities from the catalog or try updating them instead? Any suggestions are appreciated, thanky you

Hello,  What is currently the best practice when using MVT & A4t in combination from a reporting perspective? Can you see all insights needed in Adobe Analytics now or are there limitations. Hi  After upgrading Adobe Target to version 2.3 we no longer have access to 'browserWidth' which we used to create an audience. So i read that i had to setup a page parameter in Adobe Launch, where i passed 'window.innerWidth' to Target. In the debugger extension i can see that under the "execute" parameter the value is {"pageLoad":{"parameters":{"windowInnerWidth":"window.innerWidth"}}}. In Target i tried to create an audience where i used this parameter, but it does not seem to work. Any pointers would be helpful. 

I want to run a simple (redirect) A/B-Test. I set my primary success metric to "Conversion" and "Clicked an Element" using the VEC to click several elements on the page I want to test.I also chose Adobe Analytics as reporting source.But what will eventually be reported in Adobe Analytics, besides the number of conversions and visitors:- Which specific element was clicked?- Will I be able to segment the number of conversion of each variant with the dimensions in Adobe Anayltics, such as device type?- Can I make detailed analysis for each variant: so can I check different metric for users of each variant, such as Time Spent of user form variant A and  Time Spent of user form variant B?
