Need Help Troubleshooting Activity Sync Error Issues in Adobe Target ?

I'm trying to pull my list of offers via the API. I am only seeing the offers in my Default Workspace, and the JSON output for each other does not have the "workspace" property. My team uses the Target API for the creation of offers, audiences, and activities, transitioning away from the UI.  When building audiences in the UI it is possible to set exclusions for groups of audiences. Is there a similar functionality to do this when creating audiences with the API? Or is our only option to copy the individual audiences and set up the exclusion at that level with targetRule? Something like the example below where audience4 or audience5 would be excluded from audience3.ex."audienceRule": "and": audience1,audience2,audience3"excluding": "or": audience4,audience5

Hi community, I see a lot about how the VEC can be used to make simple changes to SPAs. This is demonstrated here. But how does this work when the data being accessed is loaded asynchronously? What if a state-change occurs on a view (log-in/out, sort order, lazy-loading)? How, or better yet, can this handled using the VEC? I imagine there's some coding going on. But are devs using pure DOM manipulation, or some other method, for example, Angular Elements as demonstrated here: https://shinesolutions.com/2019/08/07/angular-7-and-a-b-testing/? Note, there's no mention of using the VEC. I'm curious to hear how others are approaching this (VEC or Form-based), as our team is preparing to upgrade to at.js 2.x and want to explore the pros/cons. Thanks!  

Quick question, I'm setting up an email test (not in Campaign) using an Adbox to change an image and a Redirector to change landing page. If I use Analytics (A4T) as my reporting source will this work? Thanks Dan

Hi All, Anyone facing issue with Target UI? Is there any release scheduled for today? For a New/Live activity, if I try to create/edit an activity, VEC is not loading and I cannot see the existing code on the right for old activity. 

I created an activity using form based experience composer and it is working in all browsers ( Safari , Chrome , Mozilla , Edge ) , but not in IE . We are testing in IE11 , surprisingly when I open developer console and refresh the page it is working . Could some one please help me to resolve this?

Hi All,I have a requirement to show the content, based on user's type/category. So, I'm planning to go with cookie approach and achieve this. But, can someone help me on the approach which I'm gong to follow and correct me if something will not works here!1) My application has login option. so, when user logged in I will set a cookie whether the user category is A, B or C. (CookieName=UserCategory & CookieValue=categoryA/B/C).2) Once the cookie has been set and I will trigger the mbox/At.js and In Target I will check the cookie (UserCategory) whether if it is A, B or C? Based on that I'm planning to show the content. Now, I had a doubts on how to set the cookie first (before calling mbox/at.js) and how to pass the cookie value to Target. And, where should I write the JS/JAVA code to fetch the cookies?Whether this cookie approach will works or not?Or, is there any other approach I can use it from OOTB?I using AEM 6.4 and integrate Target within that.Can you please suggest/help  me h

I want to use custom script for changing the view of my website. Since I would like to manipulate different parts of the webpage I don't want to use applyOffers. I wonder if there is any side effects to use custom javascript instead of using applyOffers? For example, other functions like trackEvent can still be useful?Is applyOffer function just used for manipulating the webpage?Thank you!I am using at.js v2.2.0

Hi,I have created an AB test using the experience template (pop up upon exit intent).  The "last chance offer" popup fires properly within the edit activity phase while setting up the test.My site has geo-location functionality so upon entering, there is a popup in the top left that asks "______ wants to know your location.  Allow or Block"It seems that when this location popup shows, the AB test (exit intent) does not always fire. In addition, if I already have hit allow or block, then return to my site at a later time....the test actually works.  Ideally we need this to work ALWAYS, not when someone returns.  Is this a known issue?  Could there be another problem?  Has anyone had this occur and maybe have a workaround?Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys,I am using an Adobe Recommendation based on the People Who Viewed This, Viewed That Algorithm. I am actually surprised to see pages I have already visited recommended. I can see my previous pages correctly recorded in my $profile (user.viewedEntities) Is this expected? My workaround would be to remove these pages from the design.Rgds,Jerome

HiI want to create an audience profile script - and asking for someones help and expertise please!I have created a target experience to show a Banner on one page. Now, when a user clicks on the Banner, I shouldn't be showing him that banner again, and on banner close, I should show that Banner to the user the next day, but not on same day again. Can someone help me with the script( if there's a template already) or make me understand how I can approach on writing a script. Any help is appreciated.Thanks in Advance

Hi Guys,I am using a Criteria based on:Recommendation Key: PopularityRecommendation Logic: Most ViewedI am also using additional inclusion rules for language and content type-> Less than 10 items from the catalog actually qualify.In the Design, I am facing some weird behaviors:     $entities.size()     -> gives me 1           if I just add     $entitiy1.id     $entitiy2.id     $entitiy3.id     $entities.size()     -> it now gives me 3     If I tried to call an entity that doesn't exist the Recommendation fails completely     $entitiy4.id     ...     $entitiy11.id         -> Recommendation failsIt's the same If I use a loop:     #foreach ($block in $entities)          $block.id     #end     -> Recommendation failsMy questions: Is this by Design for this specific Recommendation Key?I don't have the same issue with other recommendations - I usually get an array of 100 with some of them emptyDoes the Design impact the Criteria RecommendationsIf I clearly call 10 entities in

On Nov 14th, we migrated from mbox.js to at.js.Before migration , the profile script was evaluating to true.  Now it is evaluating to false even if I fulfill the condition.  I checked this through trace. I did not make any change to profile script.Am I missing some configuration which might  required for at.js ?  I have activated this profile script under response token also.

Hello,when I look at the Target Activities Report regarding our recent A/B Tests, I have a varying amount of visitors marked as "unspecified". This number ranges sometimes between 25% and 80% (of unique visitors who are counted as "unspecified"). I am aware, that Adobe Target might take up to 36 hours until traffic is correctly classified regarding one of the experiences. But then, at least for a test which has been deactivated already 1 week ago, the classification should be complete, shouldn't it?Any idea where this comes from or how to solve it?

Hi,We have to run an activity in which the criteria is "top Sellers". We have to show this recommendation on Home page. According to documentation mbox data has to be passed. My query is, what all mbox paramteres have to be passed and on which pages.

Team,I'm working Sample Bus Booking Android APP using Android Studio IDEBased on these Instruction: Add Adobe Target's VEC Everything Goes Well I've Configured all required extension on Launch and I'm getting all network call with required values.I've reached the Step 18:After the App has loaded, switch back to your browser tab where you have Target opened. You should see your app loaded in the VEC.But for me App loaded on my Device only, i'm unable to pull the app screen to VEC.I didn't get any errors, that's why i'm confusing.Can anyone please help on this?Thanks,Arun S

Hi has anyone created global controls for A/B testing and personalisation programs? And how did you do it? I was  thinking of using AAM and the Audience Lab feature to create some broad,  mutually exclusive audiences with a control segment with say 10% allocation. Then mapping the treatment segments only to Target for usage in  A/B test audiences.Thoughts?CheersRichard
