Hi,When we provide the start date on adobe target test activity we need to push the test as activate or automatically it will goes LIVE/activate on production ?

Hello,Anyone have an idea how to exclude vistiors from specific other Target activities? I would like to create an XT activity targeted for all visitors who haven't entered one of the other activites that are live in the same time. I don't mean excluding visitors from any other test / activity but only those who have entered the specific one. In best case scenerio i would like to just exclude visitors from (XYZ) activity on a page where i set up tageting.Thanks in advance for any tips,Maciej

Hello All,I am trying to apply my AB Test scenario to my full website by using Add template rule in Page Delivery Section in Configure Tab.It is working fine for my local environment, when I setup rule a page URL and a URL starts with or contains xyz.But, when I am trying to setup same scenario for my project Dev and Publish env., it is not working and experience only coming on initial page URL.Please let me know, what I am doing wrong ?Thanks in Advance,Harshit

Hi optimization friends,I'm trying to QA an A/B test with two experiences, but within each experience I have multiple audiences that see different targeting. The goal is to test the impact of the personalized content and logic.The audiences were created in Audience Manager and pushed to Target. Does any one know of a way I can trick Target into thinking that I fall into one of those audiences? The QA links that Target provides are only for the control and the variant, but there is no option to force an audience. Furthermore, there is no way to naturally fall into some audiences because they require that I meet 1st party data criteria such as "has purchased product y before".I need a way to trick Target into showing me each experience so that we can see it load properly, click around and make sure everything is good to go.Thank you!Scott

Hey target community,I recently launched a few A/B tests on our web pages regarding pages' layout and copy. Changes are pretty noticeable if you're a repeat visitor to the page.However, what I've seen from the data (past few weeks) is that confidence level fluctuates a lot as we're collecting more data. For one test that has been running on a low to medium volume page, we haven't reached statistical significance for any of the challenger experience to either win or lose to the control experience.I want to ask the community what is the confidence threshold you 're measuring for your web experiment initiatives? Do you have a specific use case where you would take some calculated risks (say an 85% of confidence) but still implementing the experience on the page?Any thoughts or inputs are much appreciated.LI

I've been experiencing an issue where after saving an offer or campaign and then saving the Activity, I see the saved message in green, then it just syncs. So far this particular activity has been syncing for more than an hour!!!I've cleared cache, deleted cookies, signed out of Target, and restarted my computer. None of these things has worked.This happens on all campaigns, just re-saving them without making changes

I am looking for a solution where I can add a custom code in an A4T redirect activity. I tried it with VEC but it seems that it doesn't allow any modifications. I referred the help documentation : https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/a4t/c_a4t-faq-redirect-offers.html and it states that recommended way is to use From Based Composer. Is there any way we can avoid adding the adobe_mc_ref and adobe_mc_sdid as a query parameters in redirect url?Any suggestion is really appreciated!

Hey all,I've recently started working with Adobe Target and have started to setup the mbox for order confirmations, using trackEvent.I'm now adding a formSubmission mbox that will send through details of the website section, url path, and optin preferences. I want to make sure its working correctly across the website. Is there a place within Target that I can view all mboxes that have been sent? Or is there another way to test that they are working correctly?Many thanksChris

Hey,We've recently implemented Target at my work having moved away from Optimizely, so apologies if these issues seem very basic. I have looked on the forums but to no avail.We've had a fair few issues with A/B tests, so far we've only used manual allocation so the issues pertain to that. Hopefully our problems are connected and there's one cause we're not quite seeing.Firstly, as the title suggests the splits are not matching what we set the allocation at when we look at unique visitors (we're using Adobe Analytics). 50:50 tests have tended to go 60:40, and a 60:20:20 test went 70:15:15.Another issue we're seeing is a test that ran with no difference between A and B saw an uplift of roughly 8% at 99.99% interval - which obviously seems very unlikely.There are a few other small issues that mean we currently can't really trust our results but those are the main ones.As I say we're fairly new to Target so any help/possible suggestions would be greatly appreciated - we haven't had much lu

What is the limit on number of products supported by recommendations.Also is there a recommended limit on number of products that can be uploaded using feeds.

Hi,I have a quick question on the Target Most viewed recommendations data.Does Target uses its own scoring of data through mboxes to track most viewed items? Or does Target uses Analytics underneath as the data source for algo's like most viewed and bought?Reason, I am asking is because, the Analytics account may already have details on most viewed items, but if Target maintains its own scoring, then Target Recommendations of most viewed won't match to what Analytics report will show.Can you point me to direction or documentation that specifies Targets data scoring for Most Viewed, Popular, bought etc. I looked at standard recommendations documentation, but couldn't find anything that would link that scoring to Analytics data.~Runal

Does anyone have any experience with implementing Adobe Target with an AngularJS. Specifically I am trying to achieve a URL redirect. I have the redirect working but the performance at the moment is poor in that Experience A loads fully, then the redirect happens, then Experience B loads. This is a poor experience for the user and I would prefer to correct it...I've implemented at.js for Angular ngRoute following the instructions available at Angular ngRoute · Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-atjs-extensions Wiki · GitHub As per the instructions I have "Include(d) at.js without the auto-created mbox" I set up the the redirect using the "Redirect to URL" on Experience B in the VEC for target...Any help very much appreciated!

I am trying to upload a product feed using Analytics Classification, but I am not getting any report suite under the report suite drop down. How can I add/integrate a report suit?

I'm using the new Adobe Target API method to create/edit/delete offers, but when creating an offer with it, it only shows as Adobe Target Classic, even if I'm using the new API.The steps I've done:I’ve created an offer over the Adobe Target API, as instructed by the documentation.2. On my console, everything looks alright:3. On Adobe Target UI however, I can see the offer I’ve created, but it’s showing as Adobe Target Classic:My fear is that at any moment, these offers can stop working, because they’re Classic.How do I fix that? I need to see the updates I do as "Adobe Target" as it should be.Also, it could be interesting to be able to change the USER/name on the Last Modified field, so we can know which developer actually made that change with the API.Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm doing a test with an experience targeting use case where users who are coming in with '?social' in the url, should see a different version of the page than all other users. I have therefore created a target segment as follows:and set up my test as such:However when I try my test, this does not seem to be working. the QA links work properly, but when I access via another device / browser with the '?social' added to the url, this does not work. Scenario: I am updating the "mbox3rdpartyid" mbox parameter with a User ID which is different from value in Visitor ID cookie for the first Adobe Target call, to deliver expected experience to a user. For Adobe Target call(s) thereafter the "mbox3rdpartyid" mbox parameter will contain value present in Visitor ID cookie.Example:1st Adobe Target server call: "mbox3rdpartyid" = "1234567890" & "Visitor ID cookie" = "aaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd"2nd Adobe Target server call and calls thereafter: "mbox3rdpartyid" = "aaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd" & "Visitor ID cookie" = "aaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd"How will the above implementation affect reporting of an activity, especially the visitor metric (given that I am not updating the visitor ID cookie value)?

Hello,I have encountered an issue in Adobe Target, and was wondering if you can advise us on this case (below)? We have been testing some Target activities using audience segments from Adobe Analytics Marketing Cloud, but found that the Target experience does not get triggered.However, when using Adobe Target audience segments, the experience works. Is it because there's a certain latency time when using the Analytics audience seg. on Target? That's why the experience does not get triggered immediately to the targeted audience created from Analytics? If so, how long is the latency?Thank you so much for your help in advance!

I've seen some instruction online for generating preview links, but the menu system that the instructions reference has changed since then. Can anyone give me a step-by-step for generating preview links for an A/B test?Thanks!
