Adobe Target

We have recently used Auto-Target and Auto-Allocate and by our understanding they both use the 'default environment' to build the model around hits and conversions(AT Overview). However globally we trialled running these tools on multiple markets in addition to our default environment, on conclusion the results didn't reflect any significance. We believe this is due to the model on running through our default environment and being able to differentiate between the other markets. Has anyone been in a similar scenario where there is a need for multiple environments, but being able to run Auto-Target/Auto-Allocate through/bypassing the default environment to these other markets? 

For Testing Traffic Sources (Referring Landing Page: URL), I am navigating to Magazine Page using "MAGAZINE WORLD" button configured in Experience Page (http://localhost:4503/content/we-retail/language-masters/en/experience.html).   For above Pages, I have created below Experience Targeting Activity and Audience in Adobe Target. I am facing difficulty in getting Personalized content displayed, please suggest what am I missing??  

Hello,    I would like to create an A/B test where users from different countries are shown either a control or a country specific version of a web page. Hi Team,   We have implemented the Target using AEP Websdk. Now as a part of requirement we need to trigger the profile parameter in the custom mbox (in the monitoring campaign) so that we could that profile parameter for audience creation.   When I use trackEvent or get offer I get error :     I have added the mbox in Launch rule under scope also but it seems not helping:  

HelloI am using Target on Native Mobile App. I have a use case where success is clicking the MBOX. If I just use "Target.clickedLocation", I will get a report in Analytics, but I can not marry that with any other analytics variables or events. So, I decided to use an "event" or "instance of an eVar" as my success goal instead of "Clicked on MBOX". This works as long as only one Activity is live.  But if I use this same event or instance of an eVar on multiple live activities at the same time then Target reports for various activities gets each others data. I do not want to use multiple events, is there any solution for this? Regards

Is it possible to identify in Adobe Target if the user is using an "In app browser" such as Facebook/Instagram?

We are trying to use same page/next page personalization in Adobe Target using AEP data. Our site is already tracked using websdk. Created an experience in Adobe Target and here is the scenario: If user clicks on Tab A, show him/her experience AIf user clicks on Tab B, show him/her experience B Otherwise experience C. So user visits our website and click on tab B, so experience B is working Next, user clicks on Tab A, so experience A is shown which is fine. Third click, user again clicks on tab B, however experience A is presented.  We are utilizing the audience from AEP and thus experience B should be presented to user as he/she clicked on Tab B which was latest. Edge segmentation is enabled on Adobe Platform and merge policy is also applied  Any assistance on this is highly appreciated

Hi Team, I have just integrate aem with target, after creating and activity for a page, on save activity got synched to adobe target and got activated as well. Since this was a test activity so we dont want to keep it in target that too as live so wanted to deactivate and delete it from target since the source of the activity was AEM, target is not providing me an option to delete it. I also try to unpublish the and delete from AEM but no luck. Can anyone please guide me here how achieving the activity deletion in target. Thanks Umesh Thakur

Hi - We are running an experiment to determine the best option to land campaign traffic. The Target Activity is set for all traffic to go to Page A, and 50% of the traffic will be redirected to Page B.  In Analytics, the traffic split is not 50/50. There is an appreciably higher visit count to Experience A. My understanding is that this can happen if the analytics call fires before the redirect occurs at Page A. The customer experience is fine because the visitor still does not see Page A.  My question is whether the traffic for Experience A needs to be adjusted to match Experience B. In the example below, the premise would be that Experience A, showing 4,000 visitors, is inflated by 1,000 visits when the analytics fired before the redirect. If this is how it works, should I reduce the visitor count for Experience A by 1,000 so that both experiences are at 3,000. Doing so would have significant effect on conversion rates, so would like to rationalize this. Expe

Hi  I am new to Adobe Target. I have a client that has a website that does not have a login portal. The client is in the Banking Industry. I want each specific end users who enter the site to have a personalized contents. As of now there is a News page, Reports and Researches, and Statistical Data page that I believe could use Adobe Target to create a Personalized Content for each end users. I just want to ask for your advises if this idea I have is feasible.  I want to use Cookies of each customers to create a personalized content. As each Content metion above have Tags within them. I would like to use Cookies (or search history from that website) of the each end users devices to display content that matches the Tags of contents so that each users can have a personalized contnet displays that matches their desired contents. Returning visitors continue to see their original experience to protect the validity of the A/B test.............Am I interpreting this correctly that a 'returning visitor' who has seen Experience A will continue to see Experience A even if the winning variation is Experience B.  OR is it that a 'returning visitor' who has seen the page before (not necessarily via this AB) will continue to see Experience A. Asking because we are troubleshooting a problem with an AA - AB activity where majority of visitors are seeing Experience A (thousands) and only 20 people have seen experience B (but experience B is the wi

As you know Google has announced phasing out the third-party cookies few years ago but they started rolling out this approach from January 2024 and continue to test until Q3. Hi all, I achieved all the documentation steps to setup a different workspace from the default workspace, but I am not able to see it in adobe target console. I am using the standard version. Can anyone help me with this issue?Thank you allSarah

I'm having difficulties passing revenue through the newer websdk to Target. With a campaign setup with the revenue metric for an mbox `order-confirmation`, I see only a zero value AOV. I'm triggering the event with:alloy("sendEvent", { "renderDecisions": true, "decisionScopes": [ "order-confirmation" ], "xdm": { "commerce": { "order": { "purchaseID": "a8g784hjq1mnp7", "purchaseOrderNumber": "VAU3127", "currencyCode": "CAD", "priceTotal": 75 }, "purchases": { "value": 1 } } } }) This should in theory be the equivalent to previously using at.js, but doesn't seem to be being passed on.

I want to create an XT activity and personalize content for those who have not registered for upcoming events. How can I create that audience? How would I know if I want to do it via Analytics that which visitor has registered or who has not registered? If this is possible via profile script then what it will look alike?

Hello community,  I have a client that have a site built on Next.js. It has tealium IQ as the tag manager and a datalayer already setup with page variables that are updated on each view change without a full page reload. Recently, they want to add Adobe Target to the web. I am struggling on how to add mbox parameters every time the view (page) changes as there is no page reload and the adobe.target.triggerView() function only accepts the viewName as arguments and no params can be added to the function.  I have seen on other React like websites that with every "notifications" request (each time the triggerView is executed) the mbox params like page_category or profile params are updated without a full page reload or a target-global-mbox call.  How can I achieve here the same behaviour? Thanks a lot!  

We have used Analytics audience 'Mobile Device Type (Hit based) = Mobile Phone' in Adobe Target actitivity. It works fine however we notice extremely low traffic in Adobe Target activity compared to what we see in Analytics with this segment. Any pointers on this uneven traffic would be super helpful.

We have a website for 3 different geographies, therefore presented in 3 different languages. Our URL does not change for each geographic, only the HTML language setting does.We are now creating a Target popup in 3 different languages and would like it to appear according to the geographic that the user showed.Our consultant suggested doing it with geolocation, but not many people active this on desktop.Is there a way to activate the popup according to the HTML language? so if the user is in the EN version, it will see the English popup for instance?We also saw that it can be done via mbox. Is there any other way tho?thankss
