Adobe Target

Hello, I have implemented the triggerView functionality on my organization's SPA. I can add CSS, basic HTML, and other changes to a particular view in the VEC. However, I have not been able to successfully add Custom Code (specifically a JS script); the script simply does not execute. I have tried multiple combinations: adding to head/not adding to head, various scripts including simple console.logs, etc. To be clear, I am very familiar with adding custom JS to "normal" (not using triggerView()) Experiences to through the VEC, even to the same SPA that is not working with the triggerViews.   Is this a known issue? Specifically, is it even possible to add custom JS to a particular view via the VEC? If not, any suggestions as to what may be going wrong? Thanks.

Hello, Do anyone have any tips on whether MVT can support a 2x3 on two pages? For example, page A has two locations and 3 variables, we want to carry the experience to page B and make it consistent, location A, say color a should carry to page b location A also have a color a.  Or this has to be done via A/B?  Thanks 

Hi everyone!We've just deployed an A/B test with a simple 50/50 split.The test has been running for 3 days and the current split is 66% control, 34% test for 222 visitors (we're using Analytics for Target as the reporting source). Yesterday, it was an 80/20 split between the control and test variants.The test itself deploys a client side redirect if the customer has a specific cookie value (we're not using the built in redirect to page option in Target as we need to modify the cookie value before applying the redirect). The audience is based on customers hitting the site with a specific query parameter value.There haven't been any changes since activation (i.e. pausing and reactivated, changes to audience, etc.) so I'm just wondering if there's a ballpark figure where we can expect the numbers to even out as required.Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I've ran a very simple automated personalization test to kick the tires and try it out. I'm getting the data back finally but I'm having trouble understanding how to read the data. I've attached a screenshot of one of the segments. Should I ignore the risk-free offer since it had so little visits?Would the assumption that free design help, inspiration, and help installing performed the best for this segment?

Our devs have asked to disable the pre-hiding snippet. They do not have it implemented in the source code. How can I disable it through Adobe Launch? Below is the current implementation through custom code.        

Adobe Analytics recently released Folders on the Workspace screen, which is a useful way of organising projects. A similar feature in the Target UI, which is basically Folders for activities would be a great feature. The existing filters are somewhat useful but it would be helpful to have the ability to create and nest folders so activities can be organised by internal things like product, brand, stakeholder group, financial year, quarter etc. Workspaces is not the right solution for this as we use them for clientside, serverside, sandbox etc. We already use a descriptive naming convention for our activities but dozens of them are getting difficult to manage.

Can you edit overlay on the web page and publish changes using AT VEC?

I was wondering if I can get some clarity on this entity attribute?   For whatever reason back in the day, we were firing two mbox calls on our product detail pages with the exact same entity attributes, but one call included entity.event.detailsOnly (set to true), and the other did not. The previous people that set up Launch and Target have moved on and I don't have context on why we had two nearly identical mbox calls on product detail pages.   I'm seeing if I can clean this up and only keep one of the mbox calls. But I'm wondering if I should keep entity.event.detailsOnly or remove it.   Here is what the documentation states:   In the examples below, the first mbox call updates the catalog and behavioral data. Hi All,    I need to set a cap of 20,000 Visitors to an AB test (requirement from a stakeholder), specifically; - we want to allow 20k people to qualify for the experience - we want to keep the test open to the qualified people until;  1) they convert, or  2) the test has run for 4 weeks - if any new visitors after the first 20k people qualify we don't want to show them the experience. I can't find any documentation to suggest this is possible but need to be sure, can anyone help!!??   Thank you so much!

Hi Team,   As per my understanding  - order id, order total & productPurchaseID , these three fields could be send to Target through orderConfirmMbox. For our requirement we also need additional info like "discountApplied"  to be passed in the mbox. So can I pass that like this : orderId : transactionID|discountApplied   So wanted to ask if it could impact the Top Sellers at Target end? I mean can I pass other info in the orderId value using "|" ? My fear is it may not impact the Top Sellers algorithm of the recommendation.

Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well. Is there a way to export all the audience segments from Adobe Target? Also, will it be possible to see the Target activities in which the audience segments are used? Please guide me to the reference documentation or how-to videos, if there's a procedure to achieve it. Hi,   I am Trying to load one of the page in Adobe Target VEC ;  content is not loading and showing message as in the screenshot; however header and footer is loading correctly  in VEC.  what could be the possible reason for this error ? ; rest of the microsite loads fine in AT VEC.  

Hi,I've followed the steps to generate JWT token from Adobe I/O and then exchange it with Access Token.It's working as expected but the expiration of the token is set for 24 hours.After 24 hours I need to generate a new JWT token and Access token.Since I need to generate it every day is there a way to do it programmatically or ser a process to refresh it?Thanks,Sagi

As an Adobe Target consultant I am frequently involved in engaging projects and through the years you tend to build up a suite of tools that help you work most efficiently. One aspect I tend to focus on in my role are APIs. In layman’s terms it’s the interface that allows one set of products or services to communicate with another set without having to put in the heavy lifting to build something brand new every time. The focus of this article is going to demonstrate how I use one particular tool called Postman to help me in my role. In the context of my role Postman is a great tool for testing out and troubleshooting API calls. One particular scenario where I’ve found Postman handy is using it with the Adobe Target Admin API. Hi All  I am facing a issue in one of the profile scripts which is reading a query parameter from the page url and returning the same . The profile script(user.sellang_audience) looks like this  if(page.param("selLang")){ return page.param("selLang");} This issue is happening on a booking flow where there is a deeplink which contains this query parameter on the page and then after that the booking flow starts. The deeplink page and the booking flow section have a different domain in the url and the activity is setup on the 4th step of the booking flow. On using the mbox trace to check the before and after excution value of the profile value what i observed is when navigating from the deeplink page(where the profile value is being set ) to the booking flow step the profile value is missing from the afterexecutionProfileSnapshot.   What I observed in the expereince cloud debugger is that the ECID remains the same for the whole flow but on changing from the deeplink page to
