Adobe Target

Hi everyone,The requirement I have is to show a modal or a popup using Adobe Target. The requirement seems simple, but we are having difficulties in implementing it. The page which we are targetting is a games page, where all games load on a flash player. We are targetting the anonymous users here. My question is how could we possibly trigger the modal on this page? The game loads on a flash player, and there is no way to capture the game end event. After the game ends there is no page load or redirect or any other event. So how could we possibly capture the event and if we can, could we be able to implement the popup using Target?

Target experience is adding an additional CTA.I would like to show this experience to only customer who has not interacted with the CTA yet.In another word, once visitor clicked on the CTA the next time when they visit the same page, either within the same session or not, they should not be qualified to see the experience. Which also means the audience pool become smaller as visitor interact with the experience. The CTA is injected with interact event content, that can be pick up in Analytics, using JS. Is there a profile script can enable this, I have explored the user profile option, however, I don think it has an option for me Much appreciate for your help in advance!!🙏

Is there a Target in built capability to allow to target based on dwell time on a page?

Can i check reports experience targeting activites in Adobe target? How can i check it ? The stack is counting in Adobe Analytics. Thank you! 

I wonder about When i use Adobe Target XT Activity got segments from Adobe Analytics.Should i use only English at Adobe Analytics??  Becuase I got perfectly separated two of segements. Language was Korean. but It's didn't work.  Thank you.

Hi everyone,I have created an A/B activity within Target. So, in the Goals and Settings page I wanted to select the goal metric as conversion and the action I want to do is clicked an element. But, I am having trouble selecting the element. After clicking on Select Element, now I am on the page where I have to select a particular element on that page. Issue here is that, I do not see the page displaying. It just loads forever and never gives me option to select the desired element. I have tried to do it the manual way by clicking on Add Modification button on the right. And then I have entered the selector, but it is still throwing an error saying the selected element does not exist on the page. I have tried using different selectors, but none of them worked. The reason why I am trying to select the element is because I am using Adobe Target as the reporting source, and I want to show the CTR(Click-Through rate) reporting.  NOTE: The page which I am trying to access is a logi

Hi,There is a fragment that was built and exported from AEM to Target. Now, I am currently using it in the staging environment for testing purposes. So, recently they had to do some changes(U.I) to the fragment and updated the fragment. I am already using this fragment in one of my activities. So, I have a scenario: I want those changes to be reflected in the activity I have created. Do I need to edit my activity and replace the existing fragment with an updated one? If this is the case, then every time they make any changes, do I need to update the fragment in the activity every time? And if the changes get automatically updated in Target, is it going to affect the reporting or anything related to the campaign I have created?

 hello After live Adobe Target A/B TEST I want to check the results with the target report.However, only results for experience B are currently collected, not experience A data. why? The exposure was confirmed to be normal.(Please refer to the image)      

Hello community, I'm struggling with something, and hope you can provide some clarity. I've created an A/B activity using Analytics as the reporting source. We have a premium account with A4T integrated. However, after activating my test in our staging environment I don't see the activity in the TARGET ACTIVITY dropdown in the A4T Panel in Analytics. Is the activity only accessible once data has been collected? I can understand if there's no data, but why can't I build the panel in advance of receiving data? 

Our team got Target Premium license recently. In order to understand how Automated Personalization works we want to start using it asap. But want to rely on Experience Targeting for a quick win. If we activate/configure XT and AP for the same offers in tandem to get faster results from XP and let APs algorithm take its time of 35 days (as calculator suggested) and see its results then. Will setting XTs priority higher than APs, disrupt its algorithmic efficiency in creating decision logs and results delivery?

Hi Team,We have build Auto-Target activities and some have had positive lift and some has negative lift. All activities had the green check icon next to each experience. However, in our report, we haven't reach 95% confidence level. My questions are as follow:1. For an activity with positive lift for all experiences, should we wait for until 95% confidence level to say the model works, or don't need to wait and we can say the model already works. We can split more traffic into experiences than control? (The confidence level always has fluctuations.)2. If In a Auto-Target activity, one experience has positive lift, the other one has negative lift and all with green check icon there. How could we explain that? Could you please reply with two situations as:  reach 95% confidence level and below 95% confidence level;In short, what is the best practice to explain the confidence level and lift in auto-target activity.Thanks and Regards,Jack

Hello,  How do you set up an auto target test for multiple countries? Do you set up an auto target test separate for each country? We are running into some confusion because if we want to use auto target to learn how multiple countries prefer an image, we run into many different languages on our site and therefore different links. We are mainly interested because of the fact that auto target can use geo as a data point to build a more efficient decision tree.  Thanks,Tim 

Hi,I have set up target experience which have 4 experience and below are priority wise:All visitorMaharashtra visitorMumbai visitorDelhi Users Here I am allpicable for first 2 experiences but when I run this acitivity by using "Match audience rules to see experiences" under QA, it shows me Maharashtra visitors rather than All visitor. why?any perticular reason?also, My friend who is currently in Mumbai location also see Maharashtra visitor and nver see Mumbai visitors.

For newly created campaigns under a workspace, can we target Custom Audience by default  ( and not ALL VISITORS) - is it possible ? Quick Background :By default, the Adobe Target campaigns target "ALL VISITORS" audience when the campaign is newly created. ALL VISITORS would imply that Production Customers, QA/Internal Customers would all be targeted by default in our case - I believe this is the case with most of us. The developer should then manually reset the audience to target specific environments/audience before activating the campaign.This has caused/is causing issues where-in newly created/half-cooked campaigns are being erroneously targeted for Production Audience.  Query:Is is possible to set a template / default audience for all the campaigns under a workspace to target a specific custom audience rather than ALL VISITORS ?OR Any ideas to achieve this from the application code or any target configuration ? FYI - Ours is a web application

Hi,I want to implement AB test using VEC. Audience criteria ; If user visit xyz.com site then in the site if user visits xyz.com/mobile.html page. Then user should be able see the mobile banner on home page(xyz.com) in the next visit . User should not be able to see the mobile banner in the same visit. I have tried user.isNewSession but it not working. How can I built audience using above condition

Hi, Basically, I have an experience fragment exported from AEM to Target. The experience fragment is currently in a non-staging environment. Is it possible to move it to a different environment within Target? I do not have the access to the AEM interface. 

I'm currently storing information in cookies. Example: how many times an ad have been shown to a user. This is all done through Jquery (custom code option within Adobe Target Visual Composer). I may have more than one targeted ad for one ad location. I want to move away from cookies. Is there a way to store this information in Adobe Target instead? I want the information to be stored for a month or a time specified by me. Can I use profiles to store this information as long as I want it and retrieve it whenever I want?Is there another way I can store and retrieve information in Adobe Target? Example:var counter = ${profile.countValue};

I'm trying to QA an activity that isn't matching for certain audiences. Trace returns some unmatchedTargetIds and unmatchedSegmentIds but nowhere in the documentation, UI nor trace does it say how to match those IDs with the actual names of the audiences. Hence, I am unable to understand which exact audiences I'm failing to qualify for.
