Hi Community, anyone facing the same issue in the last week?It's been a couple of days now the new VEC UI has been rolled out, but we're experiencing major issues is editing experiences. Issues includesome of use are not able to load the page at all inside the VEC/EEC, even using Chrome with VEC Helper Extension activated; some other users can use itbeing unable to save activities because UI alerts say "Invalid user input", without highlighting any error in any of three sections (experiences, targeting, goals & settings)QA links work/not work on a random basisIs there any possibility to rollback to old UI?We're raising a ticket to Support, but wanted to know if someone already found a workaround on the same situation.  Best,Daniele

Since the release of the new VEC UI yesterday (May 😎 our team has been having a number of issues. 1) QA URLs for existing activities will not load the experience2) When creating a new activity, Modifications often disappear after they are added to the panel3) Modifications added to one experience show up under both experiences I've opened a ticket with Adobe Support. But I'm curious -- are other customers experiencing these sorts of issues?

There's a feature missing in the new update of Adobe Target's Visual Experience Composer. I can't find any info online or in the documentation. Has this feature been removed from the tool?

Hi, everyone. Has anyone uses the __save=false object to delay the saving of profile parameters until content has been displayed by the end user? for reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/web-sdk/personalization/adobe-target/target-overview#single-profile-update I am quite new to adobe target and I am fixing an issue that the profile parameters returns "null" values whenever I do hard reload and clear data. These target parameters are get from the demandbase values in the local storage. I use the __save=false to fix this but I think it is not workingThanks everyone

If I prolong my visitor profile lifetime from 14 to 90 days how it may affect my license costs? What to be cautious about?

Is it batch or streaming? Is there any workflow how to make that connection?

Requesting access / role to raise ticket for Adobe Target with Adobe Client Care 

I'll take a step back to approach the question. We are moving to WebSDK from at.js. While testing I see that the QA link returns the experience. But if I switch the QA link to audience mode, then nothing gets returned - the audience has a condition that checks certain profile attribute value, and the correct value is being passed from the client through events[0].data.__adobe.target object. It would help me to see what response tokens are returned for this user, but I’ve never seen them in the responses for some reason ... so then there's one more option - switch Target to debug mode and generate debugging token in Target UI. But the token generated in the Adobe Target interface no longer works because alloy.js doesn't accept mboxTrace parameter.  I know about an alternative way to view logs - to authorize in the extension, go to Logs > Edge, and create a debugging session, but I wasn’t able to find anything useful in those logs similar to what mboxTrace was retu

I'm trying move AEP audience from Default workspace to Another custom workspace. I was able to do that last on 5th May 2025. Suddenly since today I am getting this error  

Hello! How can we create audiences in AT using IP addresses. It does not seem to be a drop down available in either Geo or Network when building an audience. Seeking further guidance please and thank you. 

I am having a lot of issues with the new UI that launched for the visual editor. I need to get to the label on this field to rename it. It is nested under the div I have highlighted in my screen shot. I used to be able to click the arrow next to it to see what elements are underneath and select the one I need. I can no longer do that. Clicking on the label in the preview screen doesn't work either. It just selects the input. Is there another way to do this now? Right now, I can't even do a simple text change on a label.

How to display an offer to an audience based on the most recently clicked product.while the product is located on the homepage, the offer should be shown on a different page.

I have been running a test for just over a week, tracking a GIF vs static image. For reporting, we wanted to see how many people clicked the CTA on each version of the page. I selected the clicked an element section when selecting reporting type, and did it all through Target rather than analytics. I was expecting to see figures such as 18% vs 20% or 1,200 clicks vs 500 clicks. But when I look at the reporting it looks a lot different and I am struggling to understand it.  I have attached an image of what I am seeing, can anyone help me translate the primary reporting metric. What does 0.33% mean? What does the number after it mean? Is there anyway I can view it as a percentage of how many people have clicked or the actual figure? Thanks in advance.  

Hi, I want to track the number of clicks on the Add-to-Basket CTA via custom events. How can I achieve this using JS code, and how should I set up my reporting so I can see the number coming? Below is the screenshot of my reporting, I have tried different code examples but none of them are working.  

Hi all We are currently running our Adobe Target via WebSDK, while the integration is done via Adobe Tags (Adobe Launch). We would like to leverage response token to pass the Adobe Target experience data to Google Analytics like it's suggested here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/administer/response-tokens Our questions: From the example given in the above documentation, it looks to me it's hooking to a send event command, which we don't have it on our HTML but rather configured via Launch. Do we simply put the script into Launch by adding an addition action after the WebSDK call?  If the above is true, do we just need to copy this snippet of code to make it work?  Thanks!!!!

Hi I have begin my target learning journey, but for form based composer on my local machine even though i am fetching the offer and there is the network call the offer is not visible whereas when i do the same thing on a hosted website it works perfectly fine , tried it on luma why?

I have questions regarding goal tracking in specific scenarios:Tracking Goals on Separate Pages: I'm wondering if we need to explicitly include success pages (e.g., post-form submission) OR order confirmation pages in my A/B test setup, even when the activity itself is running on a different initial page.For instance, consider a 5-step form. My current activity focuses on the first step, but the primary goal I'm tracking is the final "submit" button click on the fifth step.Similarly, if we're running an activity on the homepage, but our goal is to track order confirmations that occur on a separate order confirmation page, should that page be included in the activity setup?Best Practices for Including Success/Confirmation Pages: If the answer to the first question is yes, what would be the recommended approach? Just want to make sure I'm getting this right:If my A/B test is on one page, can I still track a goal using a "Viewed a page" metric on a different page (which is not the part of activity)?Basically, even if the page isn't part of the actual activity setup, Target will still count it as a conversion if someone who saw my test ends up there?I know a custom mbox might be "better" (in case of order-confirmation/thank-you pages) but I'm specifically curious about how "Viewed a page" links up the data in the reports when the goal page isn't in the activity. How does Target know to count that view towards my test results on the initial page? Just trying to wrap my head around the architecture of this. Thanks in advance!

We have a website that has a user type toggle. The homepage looks different depending on the user type selected. For instance,In https://mysite.com. using the toggle, select user type "client". The specific homepage experience for "client" is loaded. There's a cookie called userType and the value of it is set to "client". This userType is also captured in Launch and is available as a parameter in Target. If the visitor abandons the site (without clearing cookies), the next time he visits, the "client" experience is loaded, which is based on the cookie. The visitor goes to the website again, using the same URL, https://mysite.com. This time, they select user type called "dealer". In this case, userType cookie is set to "dealer", the homepage experience for "dealer" is loaded. The URL is the same but the page is different based on userType cookie value. The issue in Target VEC is that Delivery is set to https://mysite.com. and an experience is crea

Hi, I'm trying to set up a redirect based on browser language. If the visitor's browser language is set to any variation of Portuguese, I need to redirect them to the Portuguese version of the site. But I can only choose Portuguese from the options available. Most of our visitors will be using Portuguese (Brazil). I had assumed the Portuguese option would cover all language variations, but this is not the case, which seems like a serious oversight. Is there another way to do this?Thanks.
