Hello, I would like to inquire about the availability of the Adobe URL Shortener mechanism in Adobe Campaign Standard. Can you please confirm if this feature is currently available in the platform? If yes, could you provide guidance on how to activate and utilize the URL shortening feature within Adobe Campaign Standard? We are working on a SMS campaign for one of our clients using Adobe Campaign standard where client wants to send a shorten URL as part of SMS content. Thank You In Advance.

Hello! In a delivery summary, the count of Bounces + Errors shows 351, but when I open the exclusion causes, the total volume is 383. I have 62 blacklisted addresses, 37 quarantined addresses, 246 duplicated and 38 domains excluded. Shouldn't the volume be 351? I am confused with that and ask for your help. Thank you!Thais

Hi there, I have a question about how many threads one workflow can run? The background is that there are hundreds of files we need to process every day, in the same format, but if we process the file one by one, it will cost about more than 8 hours. So we've set a main workflow to check files, and send files to a sub-workflow to process. The main workflow can call the sub-workflow multiple times, but the sub-workflow still process files one by one.  Is there any other solution to handle this situation, or is there somewhere I can update on my workflows? Thanks

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to make dynamic the sender address on Campaign Standard. I see that in Administration>Channels>Email>Configuration I have some sender addresses with a * E.g.: *@brand.com this domain is already registered. Using this sender addresses with the * is it possible to make them dynamic in the delivery sendings? If yes, where can I set the dynamization? Is there any documentation on this? Thanks!

Hey there! I was wondering if there was a better way to accomplish sending a single email variant from several branding configurations. Currently, if I wanted to personalize the sender information, I must construct 1 delivery for each branding configuration. So if I want to send an email on behalf of 15 different senders, I must build a version for EACH of them using a segmentation activity to separate recipients. This becomes very time intensive for large groups of "senders". In contrast, HubSpot offers a delivery setting called the "Sender token" which adjusts the sender information based on the recipients "contact owner". When this is chosen, the delivery is personalized so that the "From" and "reply-to" fields are dynamically outfitted to that recipients data schema.  So in ACS, is it possible to set up a reoccurring delivery that's not aggregated by any time period that can dynamically set the branding configuration based on profile data schema.  E.g.

Starting Jan 3, 2024, on Stage we are experiencing delays in receiving 25% of our transactional messages (50 our 200 messages delayed).  Emails are coming 4+ minutes later.  We are on Adobe Campaign v22.3 build 10653.Anyone else experiencing delays on Stage?

Hi, I have created 2 org units. Admins and Standard users where Standard users and admins are child units of All unit. And also created profiles in admin console with respect to the groups I created in campaign. There was already profile data in the campaign before I checked the box in profile schema And I have updated the org unit of all the data to another unit. Now the challenge is I am still able to access the objects and data of each other groups which I want to restrict. What could be the possible reason.

Seeking some advice here. I have a workflow that sends uses two audiences to send two email deliveries.The first audience is managers, the second audience is the managers' direct reports. The second email goes directly to the second audience (direct reports); the first email is sent to managers and is a pre-emptor in that it simply alerts them that their direct reports are about to get an email. Ideally, only managers whose direct reports are receiving the second email would receive the first email, but I'm having a hard time configuring the workflow to do that. To ensure that the manager's email includes an list of their direct reports, I'm using an enrichment activity to combine the two audiences. While the enrichment activity offers the ability to filter the source data, the filter is only available for collections when I am using aggregates (because I would like it to show the count of employees who will receive the second email in addition to their names). Is it possible to get ACS data in PBI?we already use PowerBI connector to get Adobe Analytics data in PBI for dashboards, how would this work for Campaign Standard? Would we have to get ACS data in Analytics using its report suite property and then extract this data in PBI? Or can we get the data directly from ACS?

I have an odd issue, I have configured a campaign scheduler to trigger as followingAnd it should've execute today first tuesday of December at 1pm USA time and is now 4pm and it didnt execute, so I checked the pending tasks, and it shows that is configured to execute on 01/02/2024 1:00:00 PM (this doesnt match the scheduler configuration)
