Hi Experts,   I am migrating AEM campaign templates from 6.4 to AEMAACS servers. I have added the external account on the Campaign side to point to AEMAACS authoring server and have about 7000 templates on the Campaign side. I want to migrate templates dynamically without having to migrate them individually.   Question/Ask:Is there a way to do a batch update of the templates? Or suggest a better solution to reduce the manual effort of updating one template at a time.   Thanks in anticipation for your help!

Hello, Does anyone know if, when using Transactional Messages in Adobe Campaign Standard, there is any way to add a variable that comes in the Payload to the Delivery Log ID?Use case: for a Client ID, communication is done for N quotation IDs (1 communication per quotation). We need to add the quotation ID (which is not in Adobe's data model because it is variable and is a 1:N relationship) to the Delivery Log ID to be able to make an ACKnowledge to the source system, per quotation ID. Hi, we have been testing push notifications for a while now in staging and we finally made it work for Android and iOS. Now we want to put it into production. We already created a prod instance, but we are not sure the "move" was done correctly.We updated the prod pkey in the data collection Campaign extension already and published it, and managed to add the android keys and ios certificates without an issue.But are not sure if there is something missing on the Campaign side. We ran a "test" using the prod campaign instance, with an app that was generated in prod (the devs did something to make sure it is not going to our users).. However, it only detected 8 targets (even as a test we have more than that), and nobody got the push.this is the log:42Push Failure (400) : DeviceTokenNotForTopic jobId=xxxxxxxxxx pushId=* platform=APNSHow can we check if everything is correct in the prod instance? any idea of what can be wrong?

I've been testing some deliveries that use fully personalised subject lines. This subject line is derived from targetData in the workflow (enrichment) so there's calculated field to obtain the data from. For example, our field may show as 'New offers from £1.99' for instance as string in the workflow. When this gets outputted in the delivery however, the .99 undergoes a change and it includes extra numbers on the end. For example. It may be 'New offers from £1.991' or even 'New offers from £1.9999'     The field is all string and there's no edits made to the data between the WF and delivery. Is there an extra constraint that may need to be applied to the string to prevent the output in the screenshot?

Hi,I set up a number of transactional events (real-time type) without any links defined in either Collections or Enrichment section. An exemplary html templates have been added into them and for the first couple round of tests all of endpoints have triggered emails as expected. After I made some slight changes in html code (i.e. wrapped icons up with links) the messages stopped to be sent and as an error I can see:Error while compiling script 'DM4824[htmldefaultContent]' line 48: context.profile is undefined.The question is why such error is thrown when there is no link to profile in html templates at all.Republishing event or messages changes nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks,Dominik

Hello everyone, I would like to extract the delivery logs of a transactional message whose event date is 22 days ago. To do this, I used the formula @eventdate=DateOnly(DaysAgo(22)), like the one suggested by ACS in the advanced mode. Unfortunately, this formula does not produce any results, even though I know that there are messages sent on these dates. However, if I use the options in simple mode, the query produces results. Hi all, I have a workflow with an enrichment activity where I add a string column (named "my_column" for example) . The issue is that this string has a length of 512 characters, and when I try to execute the workflow it gives me an error because the string is truncated to 256. How can I force to create that column in the working table with a varchar(512) data type? Hi Team, Our team migrated form Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe Campaign manager few months back. Event since the migration, our Business to business mails 'open' accounts have drastically gone down.It give you an example :with SalesforceMC we were having upto 40% opening percentagewith Adobe Campaign we are having on an average 18-20% opening percentage.This is has also impacted our overall metrics... This numbers are specially low in terms of B2B model, where we sent mail to our partners. My mail query is in regard to B2B open % going down. Can you advise what all things we should investigate and validate ? Any steps and best practices we should follow ? Should we review is our IP warming has been done correctly ?Should we check if our IPs are whitelisted with our partner companies ? Please advise.Thanks

Is there any way to extract the name from an email address e.g. firstname.lastname@domain.com so that we can pull out the firstname and lastname and enter them into the name fields? I can't see anyway to do this in a query or function. There is a GetEmailDomain but not one for the name. Wondering if it's possible to use another function such as LPad?

Hi,   We have a custom field, "fullName", that we have created extending profile resource. We want to to get profile, filtering by that field through API. According to Adobe documentation, we have created the following endpoint.   https://mc.adobe.io/{tenant}/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byText?cusFullName=xxx&filterType=FullName   Being xxx, the variable that we insert to look for.   We just have one profile that meet the filter requeriment so we expect to get it but we get several profiles, none of them meet the filter requerimient.   Can anyone help us?   Thanks

Hi there, I'm setting up some Transactional messages whereby the email trigger must be real time, but I cannot guarantee the profile will exist in the ACS profiles table.Therefore I am setting up as an event transactional message rather than a profile transactional message. At a later date, I'd like to be able to access details of each record of the event for follow up processing. This could be:* Exporting back to data warehouse* Updating a custom resource in ACS* Cross referencing with profile data For any of these activities, I need to be able to query the event and access the custom fields (and their values) that were created for the event. However, when i use a workflow query and change the resource to one of the events that has been set up... only the standard attributes (e.g. status) are visible, not the custom ones created for the event. Can anyone share any insight on this?
