Campaign Standard

I've recently created a new Campaign project and am attempting to work thru the Working With APIs section of the docs, but having a very hard time understanding something that must be fundamental to the process.   From here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/working-with-apis/about-campaign-standard-apis/why-using-campaign-standard-apis.html?lang=en    I've downloaded the Postman sample requests file they provide, and found that the requests it contains do not match what is shown in the accompanying instructions. The urls all include a variable as part of the domain, but I cannot figure out what it's supposed to be. The urls look similar to this:   https://mc.adobe.io/<instance name>.adobe.com/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byEmail?email=test@adobe.com   I've tried replacing <instance name> with all of the options in the Postman env vars file I downloaded from the console, but none work. The company has a template for brand A. Checked the history there was an eDM sent by sender "brandA.com.hk" successfully two months ago. I have directly copy that template to fill in new information and target to send, however, no one within the query received this email. I have tried 3 sender email-address (Brand) , 2 succeeded,  brandA.com.hk << no one received email, no error msg pop up brandB.com.hk << received email successfully brandC.com.hk << received email successfully Is there any solution or where I can look for investigation?  

Hi, I need to insert a content fragment but it should be dynamic per language. I read that it can be possible using a content block. So I created this content block     <% if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'GB') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL44' %> <%} else if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'CA') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL27' %> <%} else if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'US') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL13' %> <%} %>       But I have the next error I know it says it's some kind of typo, but I can't find the solution.   So, is it possible to create dynamic content fragments with content block? Is there an issue with the "@ include" statement?   Thanks!

Does the date time field entered through api gets change and store according to the database timezone?

Since the last update of Campaign Standard we don't see the Prefix for Testmails anymore which normally stands before the subject. I checked the settings of the email and there everthing's correct.   Is this a known bug?

Hi, We have a use case wherein we want to tie data from input file with broadlog id for which we are looking to update delivery info once email/SMS is sent into the custom schema. Is it possible to get it in same WF so we can do 1-1 mapping between input file parameter and corresponding delivery?

Hi,I'm currently trying to create some dynamic content with Movable Ink and execute through Adobe Campaign Standard.A part of this involves setting up a merge tag in Movable Ink which queries the parameter that is read in Adobe.However, the personalisation doesn't appear to be working and I assume it's down to me using the incorrect syntax and coding for the tag itself. Example below.I've tried using *firstName* , @firstName@ , %firstName%......the list goes on.Has anyone else successful managed to use movable ink with Adobe Campaign Standard.Or can anyone tell me what the correct syntax is that I should be using.Many thanksRich

Hi all,   We want to create a transactional message of welcome when a new customer register in our ecommerce tool, creating the profile in adobe and targeting the transactional message to that profile.   Our idea was creating a workflow with a external signal called by the API from the ecommerce tool, in that workflow, to create the profile and call the event of Adobe which sends the transactional message targeting the profile. But we have found that there are a limit of , at least, 10 minutes to call the external signal..    This action is allowed once in 10 minutesError while executing the method 'HandleTrigger' of service 'xtk:workflow'.   Is any way of managing this? We just want to call one API, not two, one for creating the profile and another for sending the transactional message.   Thanks    

Hi, For a given delivery, we have found that some emails with error status (i.e. Mailbox Full) in sending logs but those emails have open/clics records in tracking logs. Is there any explanation?   In a resolved discussion (thread for Campaign Classic7 and 8), it seems that deliveries are not always updated and suggestion is to recompute delivery and tracking indicators. But I didn't find this option in ACS.   Can anyone tell if recomputing delivery and tracking logs is enable for ACS or not? If yes, how? if not, can we consider that a given delivery has been sent to emails which have open/clics records in tracking log even if there are errors status?   Best regards Chiao

Hello,    I need your help with a query please.    We have setup an abandoned basket live trigger for a client, and we`re having some issues when reconciling back in Adobe Campaign Standard.    When the event is triggered, despite it appearing in the Experience Cloud Triggers correctly, it`s still appearing in ACS triggers as my MID rather than the correct customer number and it doesn`t reconcile because of this.       I think the issue is something to do with the data source configuration, as it seems to be defaulting to Visitor ID rather than the Declared ID (customer id):   Could you please let me know what I`m doing wrong and how to correct this?    Thank you.    Regards, Lucian  

Hi, I added a field to the sending logs extension. But it was too long id. So now I tried to remove it but I constantly get this error below. I have tried to remove it and publish but also tried to back to latest successful publication.  Is there anything else I could do or do I need to contact the support?    

I'm trying to build a content block that will dynamically populate an unsub link using landingPageUnsubscriptionBase from the Service resource. The built-in Unsubscribe Link block doesn't work in this one instance which uses a lot of services. In theory, the delivery has a service attached at context.service but I don't see that column in the list of available personalization, and anything else I insert from the service resource shows up blank. The instance setup also has the service attached to the delivery at context.delivery.cusService but no luck with that either. IS there a way to get the data from the service using Javascript?

An existing workflow for sending recurring emails somehow became corrupt. I made a new workflow and now I want to connect that to the existing email message. Is that possible?

Good afternoon!    I'm working to build out a survey experience that leverages an ACS Landing Page containing a survey form embedded in an AEM page via iframe. The properties of the landing are set to preload visitor data. We'll be deploying the link to the external page via email from ACS.    In my first attempt to get this completed, the iframed form doesn't not preload the data.   Here are a couple observations I made: 1. When accessing the LP directly from an email button programmed to send the visitor to the ACS hosted LP, two things occur. The pkey is put into the URL and a <script> is run fetching the user data. When accessing the external page with the iframed LP, the pkey does NOT populate in the URL when the visitor clicks the button programed with the external pages URL. Also, when inspecting the console of the external page, that injected <script> is also not running.  -- I tried just putting the script into the iframe HTML and that

Hello, I have a problem using aggregate function in ACS.When I add an additionnal data wich is based on the SUM() function in a simple query activity, I get a PostgreSQL Error : column "n1.irecipientid" must appear in the GROUP BY clause or be used in an aggregate function.I can't do any aggregate, could you help me please.Thanks

Hi Community,   We have created a transactional message event based, so they are not associated to a profile. The reason of this is because it is a welcome message and the profiles are not yet created. The problem is that we want to link profile and delivery and that happen after the profile is created, and sending the delivery (without profile), because we want to see the delivery in the sending log of the profile, do you know any way of doing it?   We have been thinking in a daily workflow that update in the delivery resource, the field that link with the profile resource, but we don't find it.   Thanks

Hi All and  @satheeskannak ,   facing issues while i try to use push channel for android through our client test APP but if we tried through web config test app it working fine!   scenarion Android  : 1) Configuration look correct and in the push channel seems delivered success as well (attached screenshot) . 2) if i try though pushtry app it's working absolutely fine. (attached screenshot)     scenario iOS 1) here for iOS ACS push channel getting error and no pop up (attached screenshot) through client test app 2) working fine while we test through pushtry with our web config test app  Please anyone any clue then please try to help on this.     Regards, Sumit
