Hello everyone, Is it possible in ACS to dynamise the email structure? e.g. in the template the basic structure has two columns one on top of the other. Can I make this basic structure dynamic so that the columns are next to each other according to the dynamic content? Is there any documentation on this?   Thank you, G.

I'm following the next question https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/acs-multilingual-template-with-different-content-variant/m-p/408044#M880   So, I want a multillingual message by Country, not by Preferred language.   Official suport reccomends to create a content block, so I created this content block But when I go to choose the variants it keeps the "Preferred language"   And if I send this multilingual message I got the next error - The emails format are OK - Also the content variants are OK, that email belongs to CA and the other one to GB.   Thanks!  

Hi all,   Is it possible to perform GraphQL API calls from Adobe Campaign Standard database(client Data)?   If not, maybe someone can provide suggestions for my question below.   Let's say I have 3 tables: Profile, Order, Feedback The profile can have many orders. Order can have one feedback.   So if I retrieve order data via a rest API call. Is there a way I can get the entire feedback data(not only the PKey of feedback) along with the entire order data?   Rest API call: get order by PKey = blabla1 Expected result: Order { PKey: "blabla1", item: "blablaItem" Feedback: { PKey: "blablafeedback", message: "blabla bla bal" } }   Thanks in advance Nawang        

Hi everyone,   We have created a transactional message from an event. When we launch API, the json is received and processed to deliver in the delivery but it is not sent (the number of sent is 0 vs 13 of delivered.     When we look at "Sending logs", it said that it has failed and the nature of the failure is "Unreachable" and the reason "Unable to find the Email format for the address '*' ".   Can anyone help us?   Thanks  

Assumptions:You know how to create a fragment.You know how to create content blocks.Synopsis:You want to use a fragment, in a template or a delivery. The fragment can change it's content dynamically based on some logic. As an example we want to create a footer, that can change content based on a customers preferred language.Steps:1. We are trying to add the IOS pen certificate ON Campaign (already managed to add the Android server key without an issue) and have been getting this error: Mobile Error code:21 - Invalid iOS certificate. Empty certificate key. Could not open a connection with APNS/APNS_SANDBOX server. Error while executing the method 'ChangeMobileApp' of service 'nms:mobileApp'. Our mobile dev told us he had created IOS certificate many times before without an issue.  Any idea how we can solve this? Thanks in advance

I'm new to Marketo and I'm looking for a way to get the Lead ID to Campaign ID association in a bulk manner.   I found this API for getting Leads to Program associations, but there's no such API for Campaigns.   Is there another way to get this data?  If the Lead->Program link can be extended to all Campaigns in that Program, then this API would suffice.  Can someone confirm if that is the case?  i.e.   A lead linked to a Program is also linked to all the Campaigns in that Program.      Thanks!    

hello, im struggling with what i thought was a simple enrichment / segment workflow.   I have a daysdiff formula within an enrichment, its generating the output into what looks like a number. However, i have a segment as the next activity, where I am trying to check if that column is greater than 0 and am getting the below errors -    PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: invalid reference to FROM-clause entry for table "r0" LINE 1: ...ecipient N2 JOIN wkf46377387_61_1 W3 ON (W3.iId = R0.iRecipi... ^ HINT: There is an entry for table "r0", but it cannot be referenced from this part of the query.   Any ideas if this is a formatting thing? Help appreciated!

Hi all,I want to query profiles that have total purchase of brand X > total purchase of brand Y.This data comes from a custom table where we only have the brand chosen by the profile and the total purchase. When using the Email Designer to build a template, my 'view in browser' link (and sometimes 'from' name) appear in various pre-headers, which is not a good look. How can I update the code so that the VIB link is still the first thing people see when they open the email, but the text does not appear in the pre-header view?

Hello. I'm trying to create a workflow that will update the time zone on a profile based their location that we have stored to the profile on sign up.  All of our members are currently set to the default time zone which prevents us from being able to get use of the "Sending messages at the recipient's time zone" function, but we would ideally like to start utilizing this in the future.  I would like to create a workflow that can update all of our existing profiles and then daily run it on the new profiles to take their sign up process and apply their timezone to the profile and save.  I've tried a few things but I can never get the workflow to correlate if x, update timezone to x.   Any assistance or ideas on how we might be able to achieve this would be great.

Hi, I saw there is an option to use the tracking pixel in the top of the email. This would help us with a more correct open rate for long emails in Gmail. But when I tried to use it I noted that on PC Outlook 2016, there is a link in the preheader, before the actual preheader. Is this something that anyone else has seen and could it be fixed? /Filip         

I am working on an use case where a Landing page is created for user data collection. As soon as the user hits on submit button, I want to trigger a workflow with the data collected from Landing Page to be passed as parameters in the workflow. Is it possible?

Good afternoon!    I am working to build a form where 1 questions is prompting the visitor to check all that apply.    E.g. What food interests do you have? (check all that apply) ■ Pizza ■ Burger ■ Donut   If someone were to select all three, and the "name" of the checkbox were to be "name = foodinterest" then the output would read -  "foodinterest=Pizza&foodinterest=Burger&foodinterest=Donut"   The challenge I've run into is that when I select multiple boxes, only the final input is being stored, rather than a string of all responses combined.    Any insight on how to accomplish this in ACS?
