New columns available when managing components - Adobe Analytics October 4 ReleaseNew

This pertains to the Adobe Analytics October 4, 2023 Release pertaining to Segment Manager and Calculated Metrics Manager - New Columns The following new columns are now available when managing components:Used in: This column is available in the Calculated metrics manager and the Segments manager.Last used: This column is available in the Calculated metrics manager, the Segments manager, and the Alerts manager. This information can help you determine whether a component is valuable to users in your organization, where it is used, and if it needs to be deleted or modified. You can use the Data Dictionary along with this information to help you keep track of and better understand how components are being used in your organization. Thank you, and how awesome is that!  I absolutely agree that this has huge benefits when it comes to Segment Management – Plan, Build, Tag, Approve, Apply, Share, Filter, Favorite, Rename, Delete, Publish, etc., helps with governance, set up of organizational best practices, standardization, strategy - all essential for effective management. The same goes for Calculated Metric Management.  Non-admins would greatly benefit from access to Used In and Last Used Columns. This however has been made available strictly to the product admins.  Imagine all the insights the non-admin users who are Analysts in our Chief Data & Analytics Office and Marketing teams can gain from this and the benefits.  For the most part we can all agree that the non-admin data and business analysts are our frequent flyers and much of their insights and input is what help effective management. Enhancement Requested:As a System and Product Admin, I would like to submit a feature enhancement which releases the Used In and Last Used Columns for both Segment and Calculated Metric to our non-admin users. Only Admins should be allowed actions such as Approve, Rename, Delete, Publish for governance, risk management and control purposes. Acceptance Criteria:Non-admins, who are our frequent users,  have access to Used In and Last Used columns because the quick insights they will gather is most helpful. Thanks - Mary Daniel/Vanguard

Move long Proof Comments conversations to the proof updates sectionNew

Description - Move long Proof Comments conversations to the proof updates sectionWhy is this feature important to you - Our teams love WF proof mainly for their ability to communicate with each other real-time via the proof comments. Some of those conversations can get pretty long. They are aware of the ability to take the conversation to the proof updates section - but they fare wary of leaving the actual proof (for some reason). How would you like the feature to work - In the case of those long conversations, it would be so cool if they could "send" the proof comments to the proof updates section once they have had their say. Leaving only the resolved comment. Current Behaviour - Proof users are reluctant to "leave" the proof to take long conversations into the proof updates section. Currently they have the conversations in the proof and then go through and delete all of the conversations, leaving only the resolved comment, or by starting a new comment all together with the resolved comment. This is time consuming and the supporting data is lost that way. We work with long technical documents, so there can be several 100s of comments per proof. They know of the "go to the last comment" feature, but working with outside composition vendors can be confusing to them, especially when documents/images have been added to the comments at random intervals throughout the conversations.Any thoughts on how to keep the comments' data intact, while making it cleaner and easier for wary users.
