Description - Formatting options for the message body of the email for scheduled report deliveryWhy is this feature important to you - 1. I would like to include a separate embedded link in the description field to display under the report name when a report if being viewed - (external link, not Workfront link) 2. I would like to use formatting to break up or bullet point report descriptions that display under the report name How would you like the feature to work - a formatting tool bar for the report description field would be idealCurrent Behaviour - currently, the text in the description field of a report displays as plain text under the name. I can use returns, however, I am unable to use bold, underline, italic or embed an html link in that field. If you use ONLY a url, then it is clickable. However, that is pointless when you cannot label it or explain why a user should click it.
Description - Formatting options for the message body of the email for scheduled report deliveryWhy is this feature important to you - 1. I would like to include embedded links in the body of the email instead of long, ugly urls 2. recipients do not pay attention to the plain text in the email notification for report deliveries. It is overshadowed by the large blue report name that looks like the primary point of the email message. How would you like the feature to work - a formatting tool bar to use in the Email Message field would be idealCurrent Behaviour - currently, the message body is lost because the report heading link looks like to most important part of the email and the plain text looks like secondary information or even disclaimer or footnote.
Description - We are using Project custom form. There are set of fields which are defined below a section break where only Workfront Admin can make any edits , changes or updates. So in essence none of the fields should appear as editable for non admin users , they should be greyed out. But for "Single Line Text field" for which we are using format as "currency" and is used to save amount (in dollars ) appears as editable. Any user can make an update to the values in this field. However when user tries to save these values, an error is thrown "You must be a system admin to change this custom data parameter value." Thus data integrity is maintained but its not good user experience Why is this feature important to you - This is required for good user experience. Currently this is causing confusion to end users. How would you like the feature to work - All the fields under "Admin Only " section break needs to be greyed out and not show as editableCurrent Behaviour - "Single Line Text field" having format as "currency" is showing as editable field.
We would like all the existing Adobe Analytics dimensions (eVars[1-200], props[1-75], and events[1-1000], list[1-3]) to be automatically mapped using a supported or new schema mixin. In addition, this would be needed for product syntax eVars and events. This is important for existing implementations with a significant number of custom dimensions. It will ensure customers will not have to manually map every single custom dimension via processing rules. In addition, it will allow customers that leverage the raw data feed to use the AEP SDK. At this time, only specific dimensions are automatically supported.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/data-collection/adobe-analytics/man... This is already supported for standard dimensions like products, commerce, and page details. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/data-collection/adobe-analytics/aut... For us, the raw data feed is critical for our customer data platform and processing rules are not a viable option. We cannot migrate without this feature. @heku_ @campaignerforlife
The ability to expire all assets inside a program at a selected date and time is helpful, but I'd like to be able to go one step further and manage more than one program at the same time. I would be happy with the ability to do this either a) by having a "set local asset expiration" option on a folder that would cascade to all assets inside the folder, or b) by enhancing the Campaign Inspector to allow for bulk activation/deactivation as suggested in this Idea from 2014. I'm proposing this as a separate idea in case local asset expiration is more appealing/easy to implement than Campaign Inspector upgrades, because either would work for my use case.
Expose the trigger campaign execution priority and whether or not the default campaign execution priority has been overriden or not in the in the "Campaign Inspector" tab to allow the view of all the campaigns' priority at one single place, instead of the need to go through each campaign to determing the priority and whether or not it has been overridden or not. JavaScript activity can give more extension to the workflow engine, and it can be very useful to have a logging interface. Adding js activity to the workflow and a dedicated admin interface to record data for tracking will be a powerful step for ACS.
Description - Admins need the ability to govern their own instance. Showing menu items to users that they can never use just adds clutter and confusion to an already complex project management system. Admins should have the ability to show or hide EVERYTHING via layouts. Why is this feature important to you - The Product Managers are more and more taking away our ability to manage what our users see by introducing "features" that the user will never use and are sometimes against company policy, that we as admins cannot hide from them. How would you like the feature to work? - In the Layouts area, have a section for the "More" menu that allows us to hide or show the menu items individually (Add to Boards, Add to Iteration, Add to Kanban Board, Copy to..., Move to..., Duplicate)Current Behaviour - No ability for admins to set up an instance that actually guides the user through the Standard Operating Procedure for their organisation, by showing what the user needs and hiding what will just confuse them and possibly lead them to inadvertently break the rules, ie, copying tasks from 3 year old jobs that are assigned to people who no longer work here and have hard dates from 3 years ago. Or trying to add to a Board when they have no access to any Boards, and as an admin, neither do I.
As an Adobe Campaign Classic user, I would love it if the application had a general browser that would allow me to quickly find any item within the platform. Currently, I find it quite tedious to have to manually search through different sections and sub-menus to find what I need. Imagine having the ability to search for any template, audience profile, report or any other item by simply entering a keyword in a search field. This would save me a lot of time and effort, and allow me to be more efficient in my daily work. In addition, a general browser would also make the application easier to navigate and more accessible to new or inexperienced users. With an intuitive search tool, users could quickly find what they need without having to spend hours exploring the platform. In short, I think the addition of a general browser would be a great improvement for Adobe Campaign Classic and for users like me who work with the platform on a regular basis. It would simplify the search process and improve the overall user experience.
