Hi,We are able to see calendar events within Marketing Reports and Analytics (SiteCatalyst). Could we please enable this to also be seen when users are using Analysis Workspace?I would suggest enhancing this to have an icon that indicates there is an event, that way it can show up on across all reports.Thank youAndrew

Description - Have an option to grant specific users access to share Annotations with 'All Users' without granting them Admin access? After granting users who are not Admins the ability to create Annotations, they are only able to share them to specific users and it doesn't appear they have an option to share to 'All Users' Why is this feature important to you - It allows for non-admins the ability to share Annotations to approved user groups (or all users) without needing an Admin to do this How would you like the feature to work - Have an option in the admin console to grant specific access to individuals to be able to share Annotations to approved user groups or to All Users Current Behaviour - Only Admins can share Annotations to 'All users'
Description - Add a read receipt feature so users can quickly see if their updates have been seen and by whom. Why is this feature important to you - My stakeholders like to claim they didn't get an update or see a change. This feature would allow anyone to quickly see how many people have viewed the update and precisely who. How would you like the feature to work - Similar to the viewed icon in experience league but with the ability to click the eye icon and see a list of names of the people that viewed the update. This will need to remain small and unobtrusive. Current Behaviour - Unfortunately, there is no way to know if a notification went through. In extreme circumstances, I will log in as the recipient and check their notification list to confirm it was sent but I cannot confirm if they actually saw it.
Description - We would like to be able to remove access to proofs after comments have been made by outside users so additional internal review and comments can be made. Why is this feature important to you - We share proofs with external vendors to get feedback but need a method to discuss feedback on the proof, internally, without the initial proofer having access to internal comments. How would you like the feature to work - Simply be able to remove access and deactivate the user's proofing link. Current Behaviour - Currently there is no other known option but to either load a new proof, transpose the initial comments and share internally.
Hi It will be very usefull to create a form field on which we can upload files like pdf documents, images (png, jpeg). This is something that i really need. Please develop this feature thanks best regards valentine
Description - I would like to be able to copy a template from a list (or report) just as you can with projects Why is this feature important to you - This saves multiple clicks and ensures that our project templates are always set up appropriately. How would you like the feature to work - With a project list you can select the project and in the more menu "copy" is available. From there you can edit accordingly. I would like this exact option for lists of templates Current Behaviour - Open the template from the list and navigate to the more menu to select copy
We would like to assign a Schedule to a Team, similar to assigning a schedule to a person or a project, because we have Teams that are available to work on our projects only certain days of the week. Currently, when we are setting up projects, we have to manually adjust the project tasks around the Team's availability to make sure they do not have work scheduled those days they are working in other areas. It would be nice for it work similar to assigning a schedule to a person or project. It should be ranked higher than project schedule but lower than the personal schedule when the system is looking up availability.
I would like to see the option of applying a metric or event-level filter. For example, if I'm viewing a product report for all of my sites products and looking at the number of product views and the number of units purchased, and I ONLY want to see products that had more than 15 product views during any given time frame, I can not do this today.
Description - There are around atleast 15% users who are located in different countries or different business entities location in the same Group organisation. And while set up of "Reports To" does not allow System Admin to assign between cross function business entities. Which shows a weakness user set up in Workfront. Must be allowed to select the above criteria. Why is this feature important to you - And while set up of "Reports To" does not allow System Admin to assign between cross function business entities. How would you like the feature to work - Just to allow the selection of cross function business entity manager. We donot need to be dependent from individual Manager, since if any work required, can be taken care from resource pool in project edit. In many cases it found, that more than one manager reqponsible for an user. Current Behaviour - No such funcationality, a big gap in connecting resources with respect to manager from other location / company from the Group Organisation. Mvh Kundan.
Description - Add a reference on the project to convertedOpTask to facilitate reporting on information on the request such as Topic Information Why is this feature important to you - Currently you can only do this in reporting at the Project level. There seems to be a hidden reference to convertedOpTask as I can access information but if i go further down the hierarchy i can no longer obtain the data (so task or issue or baseline task). If you could pull the data closer, ie to the project with a calculated custom field then I could report on it. But convertedOpTask is not available in Custom Form builder (and its not actually listed in the API explorer even though in reporting on a project it does work to get info How would you like the feature to work - As a reference linkable by the convertedOpTaskID Current Behaviour - Not available
In a WF calendar, you can choose to show weekends or not, which is great. However in the WF homepage, if using the calendar view instead of the task list view, even if selecting only M-F in your working days, Sat/Sun still show. After integrating my Outlook calendar into my WF Calendar view, and even my Outlook is only set for M-F, I still see weekends. Why have the selection of working days in the calendar settings if the user can't use them for what is shown? I confirmed with WF support that currently there is no way to remove weekends from showing, hence this idea. Please Like!
Currently, timesheet permissions is in a bit of an "all-or-nothing" state, where managers/directors/SVPs/etc can only see the timesheets of their direct reports, or as we've done, if you allow admin access to timesheets and hours, that level of management can see ALL timesheets for the whole company. We would like the ability to restrict this by group/dept as exposing the entire company's timesheets to management can still be quite sensitive. We are unclear if this exposure happened prior to the Timesheet UI overhaul, but we noticed it after the changes to the Timesheet UI were made.
Description - Add the ability to copy and submit as a new request to the Issue More Menu (. . . ) Why is this feature important to you - There is no good way to filter the My Requests page and if there are several thousand requests, it is time consuming to go through page after page looking for the job you want to copy and submit as new. If you could just search for the issue and copy and submit as new right from the original issue that would save a lot of time. How would you like the feature to work - I would lke to open the issue and be able to click on the More (. . . ) menu and choose copy and submit as new from there. Current Behaviour - Not available directly from within the issue.
Mindful that I'm currently having difficulties exporting the Sync Error Log - this may be due to it being rather large - is it possible to delete, reset or clear out the Sync Error Log once exported and therefore archived? If it's not, can we get a nice shiny button to reset the error log please? This export has now been running for nearly TWO hours.
For each of the lead, contact, account or opportunity sections within the 'Select Fields to Sync' dialogue, welcome thoughts on the idea of having an export section or export ALL if you need to fields the sync fields offline. From trying it recently, it's also not possible to copy by scrolling, the contents of each section.
The trigger tokens for Custom Objects work perfectly when the trigger is "Added to Custom Object" but the "Custom Object is Updated" trigger does not allow you to use these. In most cases, you need both of these triggers to work for a marketing process to function correctly.
