Build better products with our product team
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Recently face trouble where we have created a custom target mapping and set some namespace later client wants to change the namespace of this new target mapping. There was no option to do that. All you have to do is delete all linked deliveries first, delete target mapping , delete broadlog/trackinglog if created with new targetmapping. Once all this done then create new target mapping with new namespace(or any other changes)How would you like the feature to work - There is an option where when you select target mapping an right click ->Actions->Modify the options of the targeting dimensions but this options does not let you to change anything. If there is any chance where developer can do changes from this level ? Current Behaviour -There was no option right now to change namespace of custom target mapping using some wizard. All you have to do is delete all linked deliveries first, delete target mapping , delete broadlog/trackinglog if created with new target mapping. Once all this done then create new target mapping with new namespace(or any other changes)
Description - Simple but useful, enabling the loadLibrary() function into a delivery activity Why is this feature important to you - I have a JS code that is included in a JS library, I need to use some functions of that library within different delivery activities, so allowing the loadLibrary() function into the delivery activity avoids having to write the same code in each deliver (I have more than 100) over and over. How would you like the feature to work - with this allowed function I can reuse the JS library across multiple delivery activities. Current Behaviour - JS compilation Error, the loadLibrary function is not allowed.
The new timesheet layout has a lot of white space near the name of the projects/tasks, but then the actual place where hours are entered feels “smaller.” We are not able to adjust the column width ourselves. Can the product team tweak the timesheet layout to allow for more space? It would also be helpful if the column you've selected to enter time would highlight in some way. Lastly, it would be great if we could control whether or not we want to show the "Job Role" and "Hour Type" fields on timesheets. Since this information is defaulted for our users, they never need to change the information that is displayed there. Thank you!
Add a toggle or setting which allows users to switch between a monthly view of their timesheets or a weekly view like Workfront Classic had.
When building a custom form, if there is some sort of error in the build, the error message describes the conflict, but don't identify the fields causing the error. Please, please, please map the error to the field so we can correct the error.
The Enhanced Analytics area would be much more valuable if it had better filtering capability. For example, I want to be able to:Filter OUT any projects with project name containing a word, like 'admin'Filter OUT any project that doesn't include a custom form. It allows you to pull specific field answers from a custom form, but not just strip away or add in projects that have a specific custom form(s) included in the project in general. This would be a huge help.We need does not contain, is not blank, etc. like we have with report filters please!
The new timesheet UI has lots of wasted white space, and for people that work on lots of projects, the amount of scrolling they have to do now is ridiculous. We only track time at the project level, not the task level, and it would be nice to only have 1 line per project to enter time on. With the grouping applied, it adds unnecessary noise to the timesheet and has the appearance of two duplicate lines per project.
We've run into a scenario where we need to include a wait step so that an alert isn't sent out prematurely after a specific triggered activity. In this case, the alert cannot be sent out until the boolean field has changed to "NO" in CRM and then synced back to Marketo as "FALSE".Today, there are three types of wait steps:DurationDateTokenI'm suggesting a fourth - called "Condition/Attribute". Which would allow a lead to wait until an attribute contains a specific value. It would look very similar to a "choice" within a flow step. For example:You might ask, why not just include this as a choice within the "send alert" flow step. The reason is if the choice isn't true, then the flow step will just be passed. Having it as a wait step will ensure the lead cannot progress in the flow until a specific condition is true.
I need to be able to archive (or hide or make inactive) reports without deleting them. I want a period of time, before deletion, to archive them so I don't prematurely delete a report that someone my still be using. This gives users a little time to see if they need those archived reports.
Data stores are typically used as transient storage while a scenario runs. For some use cases, data stores act as a log - where success/error outcomes are recorded. It would be so helpful to be able to search a data store, and to export the visible result set.
Fusion has a "Run this module only" option. I'd love to see a "Run from here..." option that executes the module chain from the selected module. The challenge, in complex scenarios, will be ensuring that for the selected branch, all expected data points are present. "Run this module only" already checks for required input parameters. Since this is done interactively, every subsequent module would pop a similar dialog before being run; prepopulating existing parameters, and prompting the user to populate missing ones. This would be super helpful when editing complex scenarios, especially the event-triggered ones. In my case I wanted to add actions after an event triggered a large scenario to, in the end, create a new portfolio. I can't really test that path without triggering the full scenario.
The new Out of Office Delegation feature for tasks/issues/requests in the latest 22.3 release is AWESOME, however I think there was a fairly big miss. You can delegate from the Home screen and within the task/issue/request itself, but NOT within the Time Off section of your user settings, where you can delegate Approvals (see below). This is where all of our users are trained to delegate their approvals at the moment, and I think it makes to the most sense to include it where people are logging their time off so they can delegate at the same time.
Allow Milestones to be edited in bulk or inlineIf I want to do a mass change to milestones, I'd have to go into each task and edit? This is highly inefficient.
Currently, the stats/usage.json API endpoint only returns the number of API calls used, which we can compare to our daily limit. It would be beneficial if there is a way to include the current Bulk Extract usage as well so as to prevent business process failures. We have several processes that use the bulk extract API and it would be nice to be able to retrieve analytics as far as which days we are approaching our limit as well as which services are using the most data.
We would like to see in a future iteration of the new project Metrics functionality, an ability to modularly turn off data pertaining to tasks, for intake queues. As we frequently leverage designated intake queues solely for issue/request routing purposes, information pertaining to completed/incomplete tasks is not relevant in these scenarios. This is a great feature, but it should be modularly customizable depending on use case.Ideal state (or some equivalent solution):Project Metrics configuration menu:Show project metrics for tasks and issues (shows all data)Also provides ability to toggle between showing only task or only issue data, and provides the ability to configure one or the other as a default view.Show project metrics for issues only (shows only issue data)Show project metrics for tasks only (shows only task data)
