Build better products with our product team
In segment builder, we have fiew options such as "equals", "contains", "contains all of", "contains any of", "start with", etc. but there is no RegEx and no "equals any of"...Here is my problem:I have a prop or an eVar containing an id. I want to filter on this prop or eVar to have only a list of specific ids.I can't use "equals" and the "OR" operator because the list is too long and I can't add the ids one by one.I can't use "contains any of" because it's ids, so if I enter "id contains any of 42, 1804, 23", it will return 42, 1804 and 23, but also every id containing those numbers!!! (ex. 425 because it contains 42, 623 because it contains 23, 1000018040002. because it contains 1804)So I need a "equals any of" that would be an automatic combination of "equals" and OR, in order to match exactly the list.I guess this would be useful for many users that could be in the same trouble I am.
Similar to the update for the 22.3 release, it would be great to be able to customize the header view on the task level in a project. Our team members would like to see their Project Owners at the task level (our production/traffic team) and currently this is only viewable/searchable in the project details or project view.
In the classic version when a task was set for high priority there was a red flag to visually denote. In the new task list you have to click into each to see the priority. We need the visual identity back to get work done faster.
Right now, only current projects are considered in the Agile board. Kindly enhance to include projects not yet in current. This will allow us to include in our planning the stories from projects not yet current.
There are many occasions where I need to check the composition of a smart list (for example, what % of a list is CRM leads vs contacts). Currently, to do this, I either need to modify the smart list multiple times to get a count of each field value, or export to excel to do analysis that way. I would love to be able to view simple charts of data values on a smart list for on-the-fly analysis.
Currently, only a single user can be selected in the User Typeahead. We would like to have a toggle on the field to allow multiple user selection, or enforce single value only.
Workfront already has a Risk Register and Issue tracking. It would be very nice to have a Change Request Log too. This would be a place to record customer change requests, effect to cost, effect to timeline, acceptance date, etc.
It would be great if user statuses could be added to each user name - similar to Microsoft Teams chat, a red bubble if the person is online but busy or green if the user is online and available, etc.
See attached image. When I attach templated tasks to project, the directions are very misleading. Because there are no selected tasks! Can you please have these tasks all selected so that I can deselect the ones I want to exclude like the directions say? Or update the directions.
Today, there is no way to check the contents of an email's preheader aside from creating a draft to review the text in Email Settings. However, all other content within an email can be checked using the Preview functionality. Moreover, there is a logical place in Marketo's UX to display this content: inside Preview, there is the View Summary panel. Rather than simply note that a preheader is set, can the contents be placed here rather than "Yes"?
Are you looking for a new way to stand out from the competition and make a great first impression? If so, LinkedIn may be just what you need. By adding your LinkedIn URL to your business card, you can give potential clients and business contacts a quick and easy way to learn more about you.Everyone, who wishes to build a successful career, has to know little tricks. The most popular of them is the creation of your individual logo, namely a business card. Furthermore, applying social networks also allows for finding reliable potential employers. In my experience, LinkedIn.com is one such website, which is credible. Thereby, if you can combine these opportunities, you will have all available chances to your goal achieves. The only remaining question lies in how to put LinkedIn on business card. The inhabitants of the modern world don't imagine being without data storage devices. Moreover, we live in times of a worldwide spread pandemic, and everyone thinks about one's safety and precaution measures. The best way to avoid transferring personal info from hand to hand is to invent your cipher. Every good has its model and barcode, which can give you valuable information. The awesome idea is based on that you can put it wherever you wish, either on social networks or on customized cards. The immediate question is how to put LinkedIn on business card through the QR code? Oddly enough, it is effortless to create such code, which would be linked to your website even without leaving home. Various free platforms can assist in the generation of personal QR codes. Thus, an ordinary business card can become an advanced tool for keeping personal data.Once you’ve updated your business card information, it’s time to print or order your cards. We recommend using high-quality paper stock and printers if you’re printing them yourself. You can find some excellent business card templates online, or you can design your own. If you’re ordering business cards from a print shop, double-check that your LinkedIn profile URL is included and correct before submitting your order. You don’t want to end up with a batch of cards with the wrong URL on them.
I often build multiple frames for animations in Photoshop and then have to manually export each frame for After Effects, Blender, etc. Every time I export I have to dropdown the file type list and find the file type I want, which as the years go on gets more confusing as more file types are introduced. I don't need most of them, and it always takes my dyslexic brain a moment to find the one I want. It would be great if I had the option to disable the rest, making it easier to find the type I frequently use. This would greatly increase my productivity, and I'm sure that anyone who frequently exports files (animators, web designers, photographers, etc) would appreciate this option. This could be easily implemented in the File Handling section of Preferences. Simply have a field called "Available File Types on Export" and then put a ticker box next to each grouping. Cheers!
An email notifications to the project owner for new requests added to a completed project should work even if a project is completed. This is crucial for anyone wanting to implement a change request process without going through the extra step of tagging someone in a comment since the goal of Workfront is to automate our workflow and getting people to tag someone in a comment as a final step is not a guarantee. It's also an extra step that should be avoidable if new request email notifications worked for completed projects. We want to keep our change request project within the request queue of the project itself instead of a separate request queue in order to have a clear record of all change requests related to the project within the project itself. Email notifications are the only issue with our current process. I submitted this issue as a ticket and was unable to get it resolved.
We can manage our subscriptions for Smart Lists and Reports in 'Marketing Activities', 'Database' and 'Analytics' respectively tabs. However, Marketo Engage does not have a UI to manage subscriptions for notifications. It would be great if you could manage subscriptions for notifications from Marketo UI. Thanks,
Adobe DTM has one very useful feature - ability to search properties by ID. Since such ID is part of the container script, it helps locate the correct environment withing DTM if only the web site URL is known. Unfortunately Adobe Launch does not offer this option, I can only search properties by name. In my case, I have hundreds of properties, and often names are not always known to me, therefore locating correct Adobe Launch property becomes a challenge. I would like to have an ability to search by property ID in addition to searching by names. I hope Adobe team will make this useful DTM feature available in Adobe Launch.
It would be SUPER helpful to have the ability to edit several task names at once, in the same project (as we have the same task name that gets done weekly); as well as in other projects. This could work like a "find and replace" function. Find this task name throughout our Portfolio and change it to this.... templates and projects would be wonderful. Sometimes we are changing a person's name in a task (like "msg Heather") below and have to do it four times in each project (there could be 6 current projects needing changed), then we have to go to the template and change it. Sometimes there are up to 6 templates to change as well. It's a real time-waster!!
Hi Marketo! Currently the mkt_tok value identifying a clicked link only lasts for 6 months and then expires. This can be a real drag! I create a full on template library from these links for outside users to view and at this point have to replace every template link every 6 months -- with more than 100 links -- you can imagine the project each time. I am wondering if there is a way that an option to "extend the life" of a link of this nature to "never expire" could be possible that way my email template library would last in perpetuity! Thanks for your consideration.
