With the investments in the group administrator functions, the ability to manage custom forms associated with each group from the group page would bring everything related to group administrator management into a single interface. This would further reinforce the ease of the group view from setup and would allow for group admins to manage all of their objects in a single interface.
In the standard email performance report, there is no direct way to determine the success of the emailer directly. Success = how many people actually clicked on the main call to action/ took the expected action. This is available in a separate report that needs to be mapped with the main report and is cumbersome. Hence, my idea submission is to add this success matrix to a standard email performance report.
Currently, on project timelines, task dates will be calculated (when using constraints like ASAP) by taking the assignee's availability to acquire duration and then adding on any predecessor dates. Even if the predecessor pushes the start date to after the assignee is back in the office and available, it will still use the originally calculated duration to set the due date. Unfortunately, this means that tasks can be unnecessarily delayed or pushed out.For example, to use an extreme case, If an assignee on task with a 2 day duration has 2 weeks off, their task duration will be calculated as 2 weeks plus the 2 days. If that task, however, is dependent on a predecessor task, current calculations will add that predecessor task duration to the total. Where it gets tricky is if that predecessor task was 2 weeks long and now the assignee is back from vacation and available, it does NOT adjust the calculation, and still assumes 2 weeks and 2 days, pushing the task out 2 additional weeks unnecessarily.A WF engineer has confirmed that this is how the calculation works and it is as designed. I'd like to recommend that calculation be refactored to properly take into consideration the PTO AFTER taking into consideration the predecessor lag time, since the time off no longer applies and shouldn't be added into the duration.This would be a correction for the current calculation.
Maybe I can't find this in current environment, but being able to export a billing record as single combined artifact (PDF) would be very helpful for us to provide back to a stakeholder.We are utilizing reports today to help compile billing records across multiple projects, et al, but a single export PDF for a single project will be a help.

Hello!We are facing the challenge of making our controlling even better with Workfront. When evaluating projects, the job levels (principal, senior, expert, junior, trainee) play a major role, since recorded hours have to be put in the right context.Unfortunately there are no job levels in the system. So we would have to create countless job roles, which of course would also have an impact on reports and many other areas.Is there anyone else facing this challenge? @Workfront Product Team: Is there anything on the roadmap?ThxStephan
The Sales Owner fields are shown in the Person's Info tab as Sales Owner. When leveraging these fields as tokens in emails, they are shown as Lead Owner instead of Sales Owner. If you are not aware of the fact these two things are the same, you can spend a good amount of time figuring out which token to use. Can these token names please be aligned with the naming of the fields in all other places?

it would be great if there was an option to change the color (colour) of bars in bar graphs when running SiteCatalyst, and subsequently when these reports are saved as bookmarks, reportlets in dashboards, emailed, exported in docs etc. In a stacked bar graph, this control would change the color of the first item.At present, I have a dashboard which contains many bar graphs, all of which are blue, making comprehension of individual reportlets difficult.6-10 well chose color options would be great.
I find it very unfortunate that events in the Activity History of a person are not arranged in logical order - if they have the same time stamp. See e.g. here: The two Change Data Value events are the result/response of the "Call Webhook" event, yet they appear underneath it. I'd love to see that changed.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Add the ability to remove an asset from a Collection in more ways than just via the Remove button inside the Collection. Use-case: We have Collections with lots of assets and we need to regularly remove assets from Collections. Current/Experienced Behavior: If you have a Collection with a lot of assets, it is too difficult to scroll to the asset you want in order to remove it from the Collection -- due to lazy loading, it can take a very long time to scroll to the correct asset. Improved/Expected Behavior: The Remove button should also exist inside each asset and/or be accessible from a search for the asset. AEM documentation makes it clear that Hobbes.js is deprecated. It says to use Selenium. However, nowhere in the documentation can I find HOW to use Selenium within AEM and there are no examples. When I look for examples of using Selenium, as example to test AEM Editor mode, I'm directed to Bobcat. It seems like AEM should provide a tutorial if they suggest Selenium?

However, it's missing when looking at the search results and when browsing a collection. Adding this option would eliminate scrolling through lazy load in order to select all. Use-case: Sometimes bulk changes / downloads need to be done to all items in a collection. Inability to list all assets in a collection forces user to endlessly scroll through lazy load in order to select all assets.
