Can the marketo nation page get a searchbar so people like me do not ask the same questions that was answered a while ago, but I do not know its there because there is no search bar?
Ability to have the weekly timesheet cut off at the end of the month, with a second timesheet available for the remainder of the week for the beginning of the month. We don't want to use a monthly timesheet, as we want to make sure people are recording time each week. However, we run into an issue when trying to bill time at the end of the month, because the timesheet week may still be open.
Description: There is no way to sort the legend by alphabetic order on Pie chart in Workspace project. Why is this feature important to you: It's easier for the report readers and report audience to read the data. How would you like the feature to work: Add the flexibility to sort the legend by numbers, %, and text in alphabetic order
Smart list subscriptions have a plethora of use-cases that could be extremely handy. However, in my experience being confined to the ~3am send daily, weekly etc. only, means that some don't want to use it. Wouldn't adding extra functionality to be able to change this time make it even more versatile? Or even use it as a flow step to send the report on the back of a trigger? Or, if there's X amount of leads added to it, then the smart list gets sent? All this could be practicable via APIs, but I'm sure equally possible with added Marketo features.
お世話になっております。 FANTAS technologyのEgawaと申します。 弊社では、セミナーを月に100回程度行っており、 各回開始10分前にSMSの配信を考えております。 SMSはアクリート様のツールを用いて、ウェブフックで配信をする流れです。 現在、リマインドメールと言えばフローアクションの「待機」で 日付トークンを用いて設定するケースが多いと存じますが、 こちらで設定できるのは、開始時間が定刻の場合のみだと認識しています。 (毎日10時開催など) 弊社の場合だと100回のセミナーが様々な時間に開催しており、 日付トークンによる日付の指定(待機の詳細設定)と、待機で任意の分数を指定する というオーソドックスなやり方では賄いきれていないのが現状です。 なので、できれば日時のトークンで指定ができるようになると、とても便利だと考えております。 ぜひご検討いただけますと幸いです。(既に実装できる機能がある場合は申し訳ないです。)
Sometime we end up by deleting that workflow/Campaign/Template which we are not suppose to delete. Restoring it from backup takes time and sometime need to raise request for the same . Can we have some feature like Recycle bin where we can restored deleted Items by one click.Also, Configuration to set the no of days to save data in recycle bin like setting purge data days using deployment wizard #campaign
Right now, it is not possible to see subtotals in the groupings of the Hour Reports. For example, if the company wants to know the total of hours sold within a period of time or the Sum of the prices of all the projects to create the total currency amount of sold projects. The options that appear at the moment of creating the report are limited and do not allow the report to be adding up all the necessary information. We consulted this issue with two different Workfront consultants and this is a feature that do not exist right now in Workfront.
Adding a Proof to Multiple Work Orders at once
The typeahead field is a great time saver...until a user can't do anything with it. We have a request form that asks the requestor (lowercase 'r') to select the Portfolio associated with their request. However, anyone of the Requestor (capital 'R') is inherently and forever granted No Access to Portfolios and Programs. All we need them to see is the name, which the typeahead should provide.
Hi, It would be great if Marketo provides an export feature(excel or ideally PDF format) to share account insights dashboard with stakeholders or sales teams. In TAM, Marketo provides a dashboard for individual accounts where it provides account activity, performance, top people, interesting moments and other details. Currently, there is no option to share this data as a view with sales at an account level and i think sales and others who don't have access to marketo(Marketing leaders/demand gen etc) can definitely benefit by having a quick overview of this outside marketo. Currently, timesheets are still being generated for users that have been deactivated, which means that they're appearing in the All Timesheets area. Ideally, timesheets wouldn't get generated for deactivated users, but if that's not possible, if we could create a filter to limit the timesheets we're seeing to only Active users.
We would love the ability to hide certain Overview fields at project conversion the same way we can hide them in a layout template. It's great that users do not have to see unnecessary dates or schedule fields once they are in a project, but it is really confusing for them to see these fields when they are converting a project using a template. Hi, I think it would be great if we have a schedule option to launch and deactivate our trigger campaigns. Use case: Most of us might have a need to set up handful of trigger campaigns ahead of time and launch them and set an expiration date to deactivate them rather than manually doing that- operational programs/monthly attribution programs/routing rules etc. I know Adobe sends an email for the idle trigger campaigns but my use case is more towards the end user being able to control them in individual workspaces during creation phase and monitor them in the campaign inspector section - by providing a quick and easy toggle - to set a expiration date. Our sales team has recently started using MSI. They are requesting to add PDF attachments to emails sent with MSI via Salesforce. Adding this as an idea for future development.
