Build better products with our product team
Currently we can able to create folders for offers. It will be good if we get an option to create folders for audiences as well. So that we can segregate audiences easily based on the source of the audiences or based on the client's sites(If client using target for more than one site)
I understand calendars are considered reports and hence haven't been made available to edit by workers, but this seems inherently peculiar for this particular feature. It would be nice to have a calendar space where workers could be granted collaborative access when needed. Sometimes they need to create a calendar that is outside of projects and tasks.Ex. I (Planner) want to start a calendar, building out a prelim marketing plan and have my team (workers) populate the rest and continue to add to it and keep it up to date. Right now, they can't do that. Ex. I want to build a holiday calendar for a particular departments' time off and share it out company wide. I started it and shared it out with "Manage" rights and asked them to populate it, but workers can't go in and add/edit the items. This seems to be a miss as far as team collaboration goes and would be an awesome feature to help contain people in the Workfront platform!
We are limited in the number of Workfront support contacts we can have so we spread them out across our Group Admins. It would be nice to allow our Workfront System Administrators access to Idea Exchange, instead of support contacts only, to see how others are handling obstacles, to post areas of opportunity they see as they manage the system for the entire organization, and to have an idea of upcoming, community-requested enhancements.
We're hoping eventually there will be an easier way for Marketo emails to accept emails that contain special characters such as $ or { or }. Increasingly due to GDPR laws we receive URLs for our emails that contain these characters as part of a required GDPR URL string. Here is an example of a URL: bs.serving-sys.com/Serving/adServer.bs?cn=trd&pli=00000000&gdpr=${GDPR}&gdpr_consent=${GDPR_CONSENT_00}&adid=00000000&ord=[timestamp] Through Marketo support we figured out the only workaround is to manual change each of those characters to the URL encoding: bs.serving-sys.com/Serving/adServer.bs?cn=trd&pli=00000000&gdpr=%24%7BGDPR%7D&gdpr_consent=%24%7BGDPR_CONSENT_00%7D&adid=00000000&ord=[timestamp] Wish there was an easy way for Marketo to automatically convert these special characters for you, rather than giving you an error message when you try to save!
It would be great if we could add our own tasks/requests/projects to the calendar function so that it can be used as a planning and actual work tool.
When the 3rd party cookies are blocked, the Visitor ID is not being shared between different domains. I have implemented a custom code to accomplish the Visitor.appendVisitorIDsTo(URL) solution: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/id-service/using/id-service-api/methods/appendvisitorid.html?lang=en#id-service-apiDon't you think that it would be useful to create an extension to accomplish this in an easy way? Something like Google Tag Manager does for this scenario that it's a simple checkbox specifying that you need "cross-domain" tracking. I think that this is not something difficult and it would help a lot of "non-technical" people. Regards.
We have a field which contains multiple products that we need the end user to select one of. However the list of products changes quite frequently and we don't want to have to reconfigure all the product fields every time. If they could point to a google sheets file with one column of data to populate the dropdown options, or even a document that could be loaded into WF to maintain its integrity, or a simple SQL db table, that would make the updating of all of these fields (which contain the same data but have to appear multiple times on one form for each phone number the product is associated with), about 1000% easier.
Description - make an app that you can use phone instead key express shortcutWhy is this feature important to you - artist who are newbie with software dont need to remember shortkey or where the tool isHow would you like the feature to work - I have many idea to use it, I want to discuss directly by mail or else .Current Behaviour -
We've built layout templates that have series of Dashboards that represent 'business interventions', switching between them takes 4 clicks then you need to type to locate the layout template you want (and you need to know the name of it!) then 2 more clicks. With the capability to 'put on a layout template and expose a series of contextual dashboards for specific interventions', then needing to switch back-and-forth between LTs, the 4 clicks-type-2clicks is becoming tedious - we thought it would be COOL if we could just right-click on the Avatar and beside 'My Settings' was a list of Layout Templates that are available to the viewer, allowing for a more fluid transition between the two.
Description - It would be handy if Adobe Analytics would remember the previous date ranges I've used when running a report - specific to that report. Much like Google remembers your previous searches and suggest them. Why is this feature important to you - I run custom date ranges back and forth all the time, and these vary according to business needs. They are too ephemeral to create and save a custom date range. I just need to be able to retrieve recently used time ranges to compare data etc when running a data analysis, maybe for a few days in a row. How would you like the feature to work - I click on the date ranges presets or similar field and there I can find recently used date ranges.Current Behaviour - I can only manually select a range or more permanently save a custom date range.
It should be possible to apply a segment on a mobile scorecard by default. At the moment the default is always blank and each user needs to select a segment from a drop-down.There are a number of reports that require a segment selection by default. Mobile Scorecards should be able to apply a segment by default. The scorecard editor should be able to select which segment to be applied in a default view.
Description - Since Libraries are just collections of changed resources, I want the option of merging two+ libraries together (similar to merging git branches) in dev and/or merge a library from dev into an existing staging library. Why is this feature important to you - Graduating features from dev to stage while awaiting a production push is a pain. Combining resource sets from two different dev libraries is a pain. How would you like the feature to work - In publishing flow:Click the meatballs menu of a librarySelect "Merge in libraries"At this point, the libraries that can cleanly merge would swap out their own meatball menu buttons for checkboxes"Build" would be replaced with "Merge and Build"Check all libraries you want merged inClick "Merge and Build"A confirmation modal/warning dialog pops up, with the option to rename the new library.Click "Confirm"Libraries merge into one, then build. Similarly, when submitting a dev library for approval: if a library is already in staging, prompt the user to merge dev library with existing staging library. Production libraries don't need this feature, as they can already merge staging into dev via publishing flow.Current Behaviour - Staging libraries have to be yoinked back into dev and resources added one-by-one (if they're not all ready). Dev libraries can't be easily combined, a user has to manually track (using their own notes) which versions of each resource to merge by hand.
Need the ability to grab (as an example) ... task owners' attention with push alerts to their desktop OS that the user must "clear" from their desktop view... providing impending deadline reminders (same day), or alert/urgent come coming from admin or PM's. Happy to story board if not clear.
It would be helpful to be able to reply directly inside a proof with a reply to the email notification. Currently, we can reply to an update with a comment sent as a reply to the notification email. It's nearly impossible to tout this feature to our users without multiple comments posting outside of the proof. We'd be asking everyone to constantly differentiate between update comments and proof comments - easier for the heavy users, but not everyone falls in that category. It's a shame because the technology of reply directly to an update is perfect for getting those non-heavy users more inclined to use the platform.
