Currently, smart campaigns with a reoccurring schedule do not show up on the calendar. When a smart campaign has an email send in it, it will show up in the Calendar, but only when it is scheduled for a single run. So unfortunately we can't see a true holistic view of all sends that are scheduled to go out. Some might think this could make the view clunky or too full, but I can't imagine I'm the only one who wants to make sure that all of our future emails are going out at the right times with the right content, and not all on similar days. This view would help make that so much simpler to navigate. It would also help see if there are any old/outstanding campaigns that are setup to run when you don't want them to! That's caused many issues for me and my team. I'd love to see this functionality added to the Calendar feature, and I think others would benefit from it as well.
Since we expect CNAME cloaking to be disabled soon with Safari and it already is with Brave, we need a short-term solution for consistent identity resolution for anonymous visitors to bridge the gap before a full transition to CJA or AEP.
HiVery important to allow "Report To" from different company, since there are several companies we have with different name in our Group organisation, for example in MS-Teams. Else, request to vote for this idea too. https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PS88AAG/detailMvh
Dear Marketo Community,Sometimes we like to check our fields and see how often and where they are being used.Doing so, I miss the functionality of simply export all values. We only get to export a list of the actual fields, but not of the assets and programs.
Hi,this may sound trivial but it would be great if when you click on admin, this opens a new tab instead of loading the current page. I have to each time think of opening a tab and then click on admin. Cécile @ Talend
Marketo support has access to SFDC sync logs to help diagnose when the sync is lagging behind and what seems like information on the type/number of changes queued to process. Giving us Marketo admins some level of access to those sync log details would help us monitor the sync more closely and be able to provide quicker feedback to users why changes are not updating in a normal time frame.
Large organisation usually have centralized Provisioning / Deprovisioning solutions. But these cannot be integrated to Marketo because there is no API to do this. We would need at least to have the following operations :Create userReset passordChange / add / remove roleGet role listGet User list, filtered by active, inactive or roleDelete user-Greg
Would love to see the same "Sync error" tab for the SFDC connector as the one that will be released soon on MS Dynamics in Spring '16:-Greg
Currently we are very limited in Notification options. Whilst there are the essential notifications for workers and reviewers available, planners such as project managers are missing a lot of important notifications (e.g. about their projects). They need to use multiple channels for notifications and can not rely on the Slack integration. We would like to have the option for all our users to rely on Slack notifications, without the need of email notifications in addition. Currently I think about a solution such as adding all notification options to Slack, or a solution where we are able to decide which notifications to receive where, without the need to go through each channel and deactivate/activate every option individually.
Create a work item directly from Slack conversation (three-dots-menu next to the message). The conversation then is added to the newly created item as update or description. This would work best in combination with the creation of work items from within a pop-up, as described here: Slack Integration: Creation of Objects from within a pop-up, rather than step-by-step + additional fields
With hundreds or thousands of custom fields created within Workfront, management of them becomes important to ensure data integrity and consistent capture of business information. Regular reviews to see what is being collected, where and how it's being used by the business are an important part of this process. While it's possible to get a rudimentary look at the views/groupings etc that utilize each field via text-mode, it is ugly at best and difficult to work with non-admin users on understanding without substantial rework of the output.i'd love to see some form of reporting that allows an admin a plain-text view to what reports/views etc are using each field so the impact of any changes can be easily understood.Katherine
Would like a setting at the project level that would allow the Project manager to let anyone update the commit date or set it so that only the Task owner can update the commit date.
