When using the new Ad-Hoc Project Converter, some Ad-Hoc projects have many columns that do not translate well to Workspace. It would be nice to have the ability to side scroll within a project panel for those free form tables that have many columns.
A little while back, the vertical scrollbar on this page disappeared. While you can use a scroll wheel on a mouse I've been told, some of use laptops which do not have that feature. There is no easy way to go through the list of reports as there is no scroll bar and the page up/down don't work either. The only option is to use arrow keys which are slow or go to the workspace manager every time.
A couple ideas to help navigate folders easily is to add a column view option so when clicking on one folder you get the contents of that folder in its own view, like the option on Mac OS computer. Another way to make navigation easier would be to be able to click on local assets when searching for them in Flow steps. For example, being able to click on an email or drag and drop the email into the "send email" flow step instead of typing and searching.
With the aquisition going ahead i'm faced with a challenge around how we setup forms in AEM. Adobe 6.4 has forms, Marketo has forms, they arent compatible out of the box with each other. Eg. we could have a launchpoint connector with Adobe AEM that allows for all the functionality of both forms 2.0 and aem 6.4 forms. This would be an immediate quick win for Adobe/Marketo customers if we could have an easy approach to having forms on our AEM websites.Adobe Experience Manager Help | AEM 6.4 Forms User Guidehttp://developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/forms/
Currently, invoices can be sent from Workfront to each company listed in Workfront for an organization (a requirement of many organizations). It would be helpful if the invoices had the names of individuals that were added as well as the names of people who were deactivated/deleted for that specific company in a given period. It is completely nebulous at this point to reconcile.
We love the idea of restricting someone to only see companies or groups they belong to. However, we have an issue with teams because then they cannot assign work to the team either. Example: Group is ABC and we only want people in ABC to see ABC stuff. But currently that also restricts them on the team level so someone on my PM team cannot assign work to the Studio or QA team.
We often find ourselves blocked when a piece of content is held up in approval or validation and we need to hotfix something or even just push through some unrelated bit of code. I understand the desire to minimize conflicting edits, but sites have so much content that the odds of two libraries conflicting seem pretty slim. We'd really like to see the publishing flow look more like a version control system and not have hard blockers - or at least increase the limit from 1.
Change default hour type from Task Time to a user-defined default.
Please include S3 as a destination in Data Warehouse interface like we have it for the Data feed. If its include in the interface it's easier for analytics user to configure by themselves rather than raise a support ticket and the support team reaching out to engineering team which takes a lot of time.
We use SSO for login of our internal users, but also have external users in our instance who, obviously, do not have the "Only Allow SAML Authentication" box checked and still need to login with a password. However, when those external users receive an update notification via email and try to click on any of the links in the email they are directed to an SSO login page with notices about "authentication." They fill in the information for authentication but, of course, never receive an email or text to allow them to log in.I've directed them, when they receive these email notificaitons to log in first, then go back to their email to use the links provided. But it causes a lot of confusion and a bad experience for users that do not use Workfront often and gives them a bad impression. It would be great if users could either be directed to the correct login page for their profile, or allow them to choose which type of login they need, such as with this idea: https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PScAAAW/detail
