I would like to suggest adding an additional filter/search option to allow you to search for reports based on the person it is shared with. At the moment you can filter by report creators/owners & if a report is shared with you.You can search by tags and report titles as well but you cant search by projects that are shared with a specific user. I find it difficult to find reports that are shared with other users and having this option will be a great addition as I get a number of requests as an admin to share projects shared with people with additional people in the same team and the requests don't end up including who actually created the report or have the report title. 😞
We have a lot of customers that open proofs via mobile devices. Most are one off advertisers. Several email back and say they can't open the proof or don't want to download the mobile app just to view one single page proof of their advertisement. It would be nice and very user friendly it proofs could be opened directly in the mobile browser on IOS and Android.
May already have been suggested (please do let me know) but would be great to be able to edit the text shown in the Legend field of an element within a Line Chart. Sorted! Cheers
We'd like to be able to see which parent task a to do sub task relates to when it is listed in the Home 'to do' list.We have the same tasks listed under different parent tasks, within a project. Currently you have to click through into the task, then again to see which of the parent tasks it relates. Just seeing this against the task when details are shown in Home would make this a lot easier.
I would suggest that all users should have read access to projects upfront (title, tags, project creator & project description) with the further ability to submit a request to the project creator to share the report. Potentially add in a Browse All Projects button next to the Create Project button? Then when a user lands on the All Projects page they see what projects are available but cant access the project itself. The user should then have the ability to request access to the project from the project creator to then approve/decline. This will streamline the process of sharing projects and democratizing data. At the moment seeing all the projects is not intuitive and as such half the time you don't know where, who or what projects have been created until they are shared with you. It creates further complexity where you need to then send an email outside of Adobe to request the project creator to share the report with you as a user.
It would be so much more efficient to be able to quick filter each report directly from a dashboard without having to click into each report. The quick filter option has been so great to quickly filter/search for content without having to spend time creating a customized filter. This would be great for users who are still learning Workfront to be able to quickly find what they're looking for.
Greetings!Marekto is integrated with Salesforce CRM in my organization. Many time it happens that we run into Exceeded API limit problem where Marketo consumes all the API calls from salesforce. but there is no reporting at Marketo end that can show which sync/ campaign/ program caused it. Would be very helpful if such report can be developed by Marketo. It leaves me in a very uncomfortable situation where something like this happens and there is no way to figure out what exactly caused the issue and how many api calls were consumed.
It would be nice to have the functionality on the Work List to separate approvals into their own list or some way to indicate that a user can review a proof. Tasks can be assigned to multiple people, but two of the three users could just be reviewers. Having the approvals separated could help keep the reviewers from reviewing the proofs out of order or keep the approvals from getting lost amongst the reviewer's other assigned tasks. Really, it would just be nice if the Work List had more customization.
It would be really helpful to be able to archive guests contacts in proof who are no longer with the company but don't want to remove them from past proofs they have reviewed/commented on.
Today if you look for a dimension in the left rail and the filtered list contains a classification, it is labeled with the parent dimension name but does not have a reference to the parent variable. It's not possible to find classification based dimensions by entering the variable name either.Improve the search to be able to:see the variable name for every classificationfind classification dimensions by entering the variable name they are applied toExample of how it may look:
If you have duplicate lead records in Marketo, it's important to know which record Marketo considers the "active" record. Consider the following example:Sending Batch EmailsIf there are duplicates within your email list, only one email will go out. It will be the lowest Marketo ID (created first). This record is also used to populate tokens. Example:CreatedUpdatedMarketo IDFirst nameEmail3/13/20104/13/20102749Elizabethbeth@company.com12/15/20123/15/201610936Bethbeth@company.comIn this case, the email will be sent to the first record with Marketo ID 2749. It will say “Dear Elizabeth” if you use a token for first name. Also, the activity entries will be attached to that record (sent, delivered, opened, clicked). When the email click goes to a page with Munchkin code in it, any web visits will also be associated with this record.[EDIT 1/30/2018]: apparently this is not the case. As you can see below in the latest comments, @Aaron Dear uncovered a serious issue/bug - especially if you have a lot duplicates in your instance (in some cases, these duplicates are intentional). Basically, there is no defined logic to determine which lead record is used when evaluating duplicates as part of a batch email campaign.List UploadsWhen a lead is included in a list import and the lead already exists in Marketo, it will affect the most recently updated record in Marketo (updated last) - in this case, the record with the first name "Beth". If you're intention was to ensure Beth's record had the most up-to-date information so that some of that info could be used in an email send, you're out of luck. Marketo will use "Elizabeth's" record for that send. We’ve been running into issues with duplicate leads that exist in the same lead partition – specifically when sending batch emails that include tokens for Sales Execs (BDE) First, Last, and Email. To ensure this info is updated before an email goes out, the marketer will make sure the list import contains the most recent data. The emails still went out with outdated content/data. Uploading a list with updated data won’t matter (when there's a duplicate) since Marketo doesn’t use the most recently updated record in Marketo when sending out the email.Obviously, the main objective should be to deal with duplicates appropriately and regularly. But this often is easier said than done. When duplicates exist, I would like to see Marketo treat the active record consistently - in this case, the same for when sending batch emails AND list uploads - so that we can be certain our emails contain accurate personalization data.To see Marketo's full list of duplicate rules, head over to the discussion: If duplicate leads are an issue, be aware of how Marketo determines which lead is active
I see a few old ideas in here about this topic from many years ago, but can't seem to vote them up so creating a new one. It would be great if Marketo allowed users to share Marketo calendars with people who do not have access to Marketo -- ideally with a read-only URL. I'd also like to be able to set up subscriptions that will send updated calendars to select people via email. A large majority of the Marketing stakeholders at my company do not have access to Marketo. That means, in order to share a calendar with them, I need to send a screenshot of what we have going for a given time period. This does not provide an automated/real-time option, and sort of defeats the purpose of the Marketo calendar. Without the ability to share read-only calendars to non-Marketo users, the Marketo calendar offers limited functionality and in my opinion, is not a truly viable marketing calendar solution.
When building date ranges you can use variables for days, weeks etc to build your dynamic date ranges. Can we please include the ability to also select hours when setting up your rolling dates? This will make more operational type reports have more applicable date ranges like last 24 hours etc.
