Ability to save report prompt selections as a filter and once filter is selected, the report prompts will reflect that.
The last used report prompts should be pre-selected when viewing a report, and there should be an option to reset the prompt filters.
I have several projects with 1000-2000 tasks. When I update, it's only the current campaign, so I only need 100-200 tasks to be visible, not the historical ones that are 2+ years old.
It should be possible to show numbers in graphs directly above the column to improve readability.
When the implementation has 2+ dimensions with the same name, it's not possible to determine which one is used in the Segment. The solution would be to display the (i) icon on mouse hover similar to how it happens in the left rail (the appearing popup has a reference to the variable).
In addition to the existing ways to filter comments in proof, I'd like to be able to filter and include/exclude comments I made as well as comments I've been tagged in.

Currently you can only set "team assignment to to team" in notifications. Problem is that when assigning a TASK to a team, they may receive that notification WAY too early, and can never receive notification when all predecessors are complete. It would be nice to have TEAM NOTIFICATIONS follow task assignee notification pattern for those instances where a company assigns a team to do work within a project.
Ability to apply tags to a folder and have anything added to that folder inherit those tags. This was available in Webdam and makes tagging assets very easy on the folder level instead of having to add to each separately. Some of our media library asset folders have thousands of assets which selecting them all has noticeable slowdown and sometimes errors out when saving. If tags could be done at the folder level it would make managing assets easier and more intuitive. Especially when people forget to tag things and over time more stuff is added there can and will be a discrepancy of tags. Obviously we'd still apply tags to each asset as needed on upload, but the folder can at least create a baseline of essential tags.
Ability to customize the order of request types / request queues by user or layout. If this isn't possible, then ability for non-public request queues to be in the "top 3" spots above all other queues (currently, only public queues can be in those top 3 spots).

I was looking to run a report that included tasks not assigned to a list of teams. This report also unexpectedly excluded unassigned tasks. Basically if you have a filter set to “not equal to X” you may not be able to count on it including results with null values (which are obviously not equal to X). I observed this in assignments reports for tasks that had a job role assigned, but not a user assigned, not sure if similar behavior occurs elsewhere.
We work with a lot of different brands at my company (B2B) and we use Adobe to analyze both online and offline data for those partners. We routinely send reports and analyses to our partners and it would be extremely helpful if we were able to create customized cover letters with our reports within the Workspace tool. These introductions can of course use the 'text box' option in the tool but there is no current way to add any images or logos to said cover letter.I think this could help add an additional level of presentability to the projects and make them more suitable for distribution to executives and directly to partners.
Adobe ID is not associated for many of our end user , but why system insisting business user to choose the account type when system knows that he has only federated ID enabled for his email address . Is there any way possible to suppress the account type option for federated ID
While testing the Document enhancements scheduled for inclusion with the 2017.3 Workfront release, we noticed that there is no longer the ability for our users to paste documents from the clipboard. According to the Workfront Customer Care team (ticket #1111643), they spoke with the product manager over this area and after having looked at their metrics on how much this option was used they have decided to remove this feature from the new documents are. Our user community uses this feature on a regular basis. I am hopeful that we can get the vote count up to add this feature back to the tool after the 2017.3 release.
With the current preset of 'last hour' to automate data warehouse exports for loading into our own corporate data warehouse we are currently loosing up to 20% of 'total seconds spent' on each exported hour.Therefore we suggest to develop an additional preset of 'last hour - complete' which creates the export after all relevant measures, especially 'total_seconds_spent', are complete, approximately 30 min after the hour is finished.Alternatively a preset of 'last 2 hours' would also help by enabling us to overwrite/correct the first of the two exported hours on our side.
We need the ability to attach a custom form to a billing record. Use case: some of our projects have multiple billing records. On a single project, one billing record might be billed to department #12345. The 2nd billing record will be billed to department #67890. When sending the exported excel file to finance, we need the department number to be accurate. Currently we have to pull in that field from the project level, which can only have one value and we have to manually change it to the correct one after exporting.
The Typeahead field is not very wide. As a result, many user names and almost all project names are truncated in the display. So, Long_Project_Name_Example is displayed as "Long...ample" and the user can't discern which value they should click on. Please make the field wider to display the full name of longer values (bonus points if you care to make it adjustable width like the text fields - otherwise, very wide is preferred to very narrow)
The number one thing I use Matrix view in reports for is dates. Having the total row makes no sense for these reports and confuses new users as to why it is even there.
When you use an "Aggregate" function in a Report column to generate an Average, you can see it in the Detail view, but not apply it on Groupings or Charts or see it on the Summary tab. Silly, The calc has been made, I want to be able to use it.Also, MEDIAN should be a function, not just AVG
When performing a sort by column in on project schedule, the sort sticks when navigating to another project schedule even when the field in the initial sort is not present in the new project schedule. This causes the task order to appear correctly in numerical order when in fact, it isn't. This means when the user selects line items to indent/outdent, the buttons don't appear at the top of the screen.I'd suggest removing the sticky sort functionality so this doesn't continue to cause usability issues with the user base.
It would be awesome to somehow showcase whom the original requestor was for a request when a request is converted into a project. Many of my creative team members have begged for this to happen. Right now, I am having to manually fill in the Project Sponsor field with their name every time. Would love to have this be an auto-generated field under Overview somewhere instead.
It would be AWESOME if we could add a tab to a Project that listed other projects that were associated but not directly involved in the project you're on. For example, I have a project for a specific Superstream's marketing deliverables, but it's also loosely tied to the overarching branding project for all of our new Superstreams. They are related but need to be handled separately, so it would be great for people to be able to see them in a small, linked list on a tab someplace which can easily be added to somehow.
In my instance, there are several pretty-lengthy custom forms. My users can sometimes spend minutes entering the information, and for whatever reasons (accidental keystroke, double swipe, accidental refresh, etc), got into situation where they lost the work due to browser refresh. Can we introduce an auto-save feature, ala gmail where the content is preserved even before user hits SAVE.
Currently wrapping only works in the Brand Portal DAM if there are spaces in the text. It would be good if text also wrapped after a certain character count regardless of spaces or not.
