Hi all, what is the difference between Referrer and Web Page as constraints on the fills out form trigger?We have been using the trigger Fills Out Form (ID 0000) with the constraint Web Page is (www.abc.xyz) for over a year without any major issues. However, we discovered last week that two of these triggers were failing to qualify leads consistently. There were 100+ leads who sat in Marketo without qualifying for these two triggers they were supposed to qualify for. Meanwhile, another 100+ leads were qualifying for these two triggers without any issue. There was no difference in their behaviors or form fill out activity, so our team was stumped and Marketo support was stumped. The official Marketo support suggestion is to swap the trigger constraint to Referrer is (www.abc.xyz) instead of Web Page. They say the constraint for Web Page is really only for Marketo landing pages and we use Wordpress, so they cannot guarantee it will work.My unanswered, follow up questions are: -Why is thi

Hello All,Recently, I tried adding predictive content email images to my template. I followed the steps mentioned in the documentation, but whenever I previewed or sent a sample of my template, the image appeared broken.Additionally, the image URL changed to ****.mktoapp.com/recommen.... or something similar.Has anyone faced this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!  

I have synced the scheme for a Salesforce custom object, and I have set up some velocity scripts to pull through the data into an email. The problem I have is the data isn't pulling through. It appears the script is correct, so the suggestion has been to make sure the following is enabled: Enable for Email Scripting and Show in Person Detail:In the Salesforce Object Sync section, make sure that the following settings are enabled:✅ Enable for Email Scripting (This is critical for your Velocity script to work)✅ Show in Person Detail (This ensures the object is visible in the person's record)  The problem I have, is that I don't see these options in the customer object.It looks like I am still on a legacy sync, so I don't know how to solve this.Does anyone know how I can enable these two options for this custom object. I am under some time constraints. In Marketo,  all these web page visits are   recorded in the visit_web_page activity. This acitivity also has a time that is associated with each activity. We are also tracking all the page activity via a separate home grown system that is similar to Google Analytics. Now, I need to associate the activity captured by marketo with the activity captured by this system. However, the dateTime between Marketo and the home grown system are not in sync. As a result I am not able to associate them 1:1.I am trying to see if I can generate a unique id somewhere and pass it to marketo as well as the home grown analytics platform so that it makes it easier for me to join the two data source 1:1.

Hey Marketo hivemind! Its been a while since I've seen any posts regarding the revenue cycle modeler and wanted to ask for opinion/best practice in setting up the model transitions. I'm currently working on setup/update our model and I seem to recall that at one of the MUGs it was recommended to use a program and smart campaigns via "change revenue stage" flowstep to move someone through the RCM transitions instead of building the logic directly in the model transitions.  I can't seem to find any other references to this though so figured I'd ask folks how they do it these days?

There are often too many selections and some that I would like to add. If I remove some of the selections and add some new ones, how would that affect what gets mapped over from Marketo to SFDC for that field?

Does anyone know if you can delete an event partner from LaunchPoint services? Trying to delete BrightTalk and since there are past events associated to it, it cannot be removed. The only way to unlink the webinars from the event service is to remove all members first, and we definitely do not want to do that. It is more of a cleanup than anything else, but if anyone has any experiences/suggestions I would love to hear them.Thanks,Jason

ZoomInfo’s FormComplete plugin is... potentially pretty cool. 😀 (I take care not to endorse any products here, though I didn’t say anything bad, which is a good sign!)   FormComplete delivers DiscoverOrg enrichment data directly into form fields, so starting from just an email address, you can get most — or even all — of the form fields pre-filled, in B2B at least.   (Note: this is separate from (a) pre-filling form data from Marketo for known leads and from (b) the web browser’s ability to autofill from previously stored data.)   The problem, as one of my clients put it well, is that it can be kind of creepy. In our team, campaign planning happens in Salesforce where details about the url being tracked are entered. These url's then needs to be used to create the Smart lists in marketo. This process is error prone & time consuming. I would like to be able to create a utility that will be a Marketers assistant that will take the URL from Salesforce and generate the Marketo Smart List.I read that this isn't possible today. Is this on the product roadmap by any chance?

Hi, I will apply utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign to my landing pg link that will be converted to a QR code for people to scan.Do I have to create new field values in Marketo for each of these utm parameters to support these efforts?Will be hidden fields in the form. If so, would it be best to create those in our CRM system and then they'd sync down as new field values into Marketo? (using Microsoft Dynamics)Wondering: does Salesforce have those parameters already built in? Thank you.

Hey everyone,   If you're managing a large database and running a high number of active triggered campaigns, you might have experienced something we’ve had to learn the hard way: Marketo becoming significantly slower, especially when complex automation setups are involved. My salesforce admin team have created a new object linked to an Opportunity.I wanted to check if this should be visible in Marketo? I have visited the Salesforce Objects Sync following these instructions https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/crm-sync/salesforce-sync/setup/optional-steps/enable-disable-custom-object-sync I have a couple of questions if anyone could assist? 1) If I disable the global sync, I am assuming that the back log will be dealt with, and their will be an option to renable the global sync.2) to refresh the Schema will this be ok to run during the day, is it heavy on calls?3) the schema isn't showing in the search bar, will this new schema appear once I have completed Step5? Just a bit nervous of grinding everything to halt and it not be doing what I'm expecting. thanking you

Hi, I'm just looking for a steer on the best approach... I want to set up a trigger to listen for changes in an opportunity, and then send an email. This will be a custom field = True and the Stage has changed to Closed Won. What is the best way to identify the recipient. is it best I identify the person and add them to a list and then send the email once they hit the list? Or is the email going to be sent to all the related contacts in Contract roles? The field I need to use are not live in Salesforce yet, so I have limited testing on the actual fields.   Any guidance is very welcome.
