Hi guys,Does anyone know how you can remove an overridden token?Trying to remove it gives me the following error: "Token is already in use and cannot be deleted". Since there is a fallback value this shouldn't matter.

Has anyone come up with a good solution for avoiding list overlap across somewhat siloed business units?, and how to identify those before email sends go out? Standard deliverability reports will only show what has already been sent/delivered etc.  I'm trying to understand who will get caught in comms limits (ie - 2 per day / 5 per week) before it actually happens. Appreciate feedback. I have a form in which I am collecting first name, last name, and email address. I have a trigger campaign that syncs with our CRM. I have a second trigger campaign that sends an email after a 5 minute wait. Is this OK or should I combine these two trigger campaigns?

Hi everyone, sorry I could not find an answer to this. We are using embedded Marketo forms in our website that runs on Wordpress. When I send emails to known people, I want them to click a link and get to the asset in our web site (i.e., not to a standalone PDF), I want them to land on an asset landing page but not see the form. How can I achieve that? I understand that my web team needs to suppress it on the web server side - is that right? (Ideally, I would love to be able to avoid modifying the URLs in emails to indicate that the click comes from a Marketo-sent email - I found some recommendation for that approach but I'd prefer to not have to do that if possible). Thank you!

 I need to create a program in a manner for 10000 contacts. We can say: send to 30% on day 1, 30% on day 2 and the remaining 40% on the last day. I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy in the activity log and what could be causing it. In 2 customers activity logs, it shows that they opened an email from a nurture. But theres nothing in the activity log showing that the email was sent. Any reasons why this is happening?

Hello all,A field in our Salesforce is synchronized through a Connector with a field in the Marketo. That field in Salesforce is a text field but we want to change it to a picklist. I know that Marketo deletes the data in the fields if they don’t match. So just to be on the safe side we will export it and re-import it after we change the field type.1. How could this change affect the Marketo field and other things using that field?2. I've read somewhere that typically, Salesforce picklist values will synchronize as text values in Marketo - is this correct?

Hey guys, I was hoping you could help clarify. Our Salesforce admin noticed some activity in Salesforce indicating that the Marketo integration user has been deleting records. While we don’t have any campaigns in Marketo that perform deletions directly in Salesforce, the team is considering removing the integration user’s delete permissions to help isolate the issue. Before making that change, I wanted to understand if there could be any unintended consequences. Since Marketo does handle lead merges, and merges in Salesforce are treated as deletions of the losing record, I’m concerned that restricting delete access might cause sync errors or disrupt merge operations between the two systems. Could you shed some light on the potential impact of removing that permission?

Until recently, tokens could be created at a local (program) level or at the folder level within Marketing Activities. Fast forward to today, in addition to still having your tried-and-true local tokens, you now have the ability to create instance-wide tokens that can be applied across any program or folder!    You can add and edit global tokens by going to the Admin tab, navigating to the left-hand side navigation tree and clicking My Tokens. When our Adobe leadership first encouraged us to use AI in our work, I was hesitant. I’m no Luddite – point me at any new gadget or a cool app that I can use in my job to make things easier, faster or just more interesting! So, it wasn’t a “resistance to change” thing. And I’m reasonably confident I’m not contributing to the creation of time-traveling cyborg assassins because I’m embracing AI prompts in the 2020s. (Don’t come at me, SkyNet.)   So what was causing me to drag my heels about AI as a tool?   It felt like…cheating. So – and part of using AI ethically is to be transparent about it as a source – I asked the AI tool that we use here in Adobe why using AI feels like cheating. It’s one of the first prompts I used.
