Is the ability to copy/paste flow steps within a Flow on the feature roadmap for any time soon? It's a major time waste to manually recreate the same flow step over and over again.

Hello!I'm developing a Marketo 2.0 email template for my client. She requires that all the content be dynamic and that we use the modules. The module we are having trouble with is a single article row. Here is the tricky part, some segments will have 3 articles, some of them will have 4. It is unpredictable what will happen, but she needs the flexibility. Simply deleting the excess empty module deletes it from all other versions. Clearing the content leaves some graphic elements such as a separator line and empty spacers.What are my options?Thanks!

Is it possible to send an alert/report of the top 10 active customers/prospects for each Sales account manager.   If so where would be the best place to set this up Marketing activities and use smart campaigns or is there another way.   We have access to OneInsight (MSI equivalent) but not all account managers have access to this.   Any help appreciated!   Malc

Hello,   we just noticed something  unexpected and I wonder if any of you had an idea.   We usually store the link to our Marketo unsubscribe page in a program token:   {{my.unsubscribe-link}} = lp.example.com/Unsubscribe?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## Where on the email we have something like this:<a href="https://{{my.unsubscribe-link}}" style="text-decoration: none;">{{my.unsubscribe-text}}</a> Standard stuff, I guess, and everything works well.   Now, if we put the same mechanism into a snippet, the token version does not work anymore. After clicking the link, this remains in the browser URL:https://lp.example.com/Unsubscribe?mkt_unsubscribe=1##MKT_TOK## That looks funky and of course it also doesn't work. The form field for the email address is not populated.Whereas if we "hard code" the unsubscribe link directly into the snippet, the link works as expected. It is displayed as https://lp.example.com/Unsubscribe?mkt_unsubscr

Here is the situation.  You go to the form and fill it out, when you click on the company and start typing it searches in the backend to give the user choices on the company and if the company doesn't exist it can be added. (Picture below of what I mean)   How do others set this type of thing up in a Marketo form?

Hi All!   I need to pass the Adobe Analytics ID for each web visitor onto their associated Marketo Record so that we can link the two.   I read through this documentation but still don't quite understand how to pass the value into Marketo and onto the proper record: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/launch/using/extensions-ref/adobe-extension/marketo-extension/overview.html#associate-lead   Create SFDC field, sync down to Marketo, add as hidden field to all forms, pull from the Cookie Value?   Thanks to any and all help!

My team wants to set up a Zoom meeting with breakout sessions and link attendees back to Marketo- I tested this, and it currently only allows me to sync with Zoom Webinars. Is there currently an integration in which I can integrate with the meetings as well? If so, how do I set this up?

Hi,  we closed our Instagram Account, which is why I would like to remove the Instagram Button from all our assets. Now I wonder if I have to adapt every snippet separately or can I remove the connection to Instagram from the Instance so it would delete automatically from all Assets as well. Any recommendations? 

We send emails to our contacts in Marketo with links to webpages and PDFs. When the recipient forwards this email to the rest of their office, the links no longer work and instead pull up blank webpages.  Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Hi everyone! New Marketo user here - like our instance is still being set up new.    Quick question about images in emails. Several of the image blocks in the template created by our implementation vendor have fixed widths.    Playing around with dropping in assets, I've noticed that unless you use the exact right image width, the image comes out the right width but a little blurry. For example, these two logos are in a box set to 69x94. The first is set to those exact dimensions. The second is a larger image - 260 px wide - that was then scaled down by the system. The second image is ever so slightly blurry, which you can notice on things that have nice crisp lines like logos:  I haven't seen this before in other email programs. Scaling up from an image that's too small, sure, but not scaling down into a set size. I've put some cartoonishly huge images into small spaces before and, while load time isn't great, they still looked good.    Is this

I'd love to know if anyone has tracked users via multiple IP addresses on their contact record.  For example, we would like to track a users IP across their devices and locations (e.g. work laptop, work phone, home phone, home computer).  Has anyone has experience tracking this in Marketo, and if so, is the data stored on anonymous IP or on the activity record field 'client IP' (or is there a third option?).  I'd also like to know if Marketo overwrites the data, keeps track of all or how is it managed?

We recently started to use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and the LinkedIn/Marketo integration. Now that we have some leads coming in, I can now see the LinkedIn Form when I use the LI Form Triggers. No issue there.    For all OTHER paid channels, we direct traffic to a page with a Marketo form, they fill out the form and get their cookie, and we can of course see their website activity tracked. However, when we use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, the Marketo form/cookie step isn't happening and they are still seen as an anonymous visitor. This is preventing us from determining if they downloaded our asset after the form fill.    Has anyone identified this issue, or more importantly, found a solve to get them cookied immediately during the redirect to our site from the ad? Appreciate any words of wisdom!    

Hello,   We're trying to find a better way to automate lead hand-off for the form submissions on our company's Contact Us form. Currently, our Marketo instance is sending alert emails to the EMEA region's marketing mailbox. The EMEA marketing team would like to automate the creation of a lead/contact record in the Salesforce instance they use. However, our Marketo instance is currently synced with a different/separate Salesforce instance, so we can't sync to Salesforce or create a new task from our Marketo into their Salesforce instance. Does anybody know of a workaround to this dilemma?   Maybe there is a third-party integrator that's capable of receiving/storing data from our Marketo and pushing that form submit data via an API call into their Salesforce instance? I have a velocity script token in my email to add 30 days from today's date with a "friendly" date format: "Feb 25, 2021"I also directly include a Date field using its {{lead.token}}: {{lead.Membership End Date:default=end date}}. However, that output is of course not in a "friendly" date format, but in the default system format "2021-01-22".   Sample email copy:  Your membership expired on 2022-01-22; however, if you renew before Feb 25, 2021 we'll be happy to extend your renewal rate.   I know I need to use Velocity to output the Membership End Date instead of using the {{lead.token}} directly but how do I format that field?

This will make sure they are the most recently updated records among the duplicates Root CauseNormally when you do a list import, it would import into the one partition, whatever partition the list is located in and only impact the record in that one instance.  But when you import a Custom Object, it's able the see ALL the records across ALL the partitions.  If there are duplicate records, it just looks to see which one was updated most recently and grabs that one for the list import.

I have an issue with the contain filter in my smart campaigns and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue:   I have a Smart campaign filtering people into Static lists based on a populated field. For example, if someone submits an assignment called "✉️ Skill check: Create a Smart Campaign" they would go into the relevant Static list. In the Smart campaign flow I had If "assignment name" contains "Create a Smart Campaign" add to Static list 1, with a default of add to Static list 00. Everyone coming through the Smart campaign is being added to Static list 00 and I can't figure out why. I've changed the flow to If "assignment name" is "✉️ Skill check: Create a Smart Campaign" add to Static list 1 and it works fine.    Has anyone else experienced any issues with the contain filter, or might it be instance specific and therefore I should submit a ticket?   Thanks, Maddie

Hello,   I am trying to set up an A/B split test for the subject line for one of our emails. The Champion/Challenger setup is confusing me a bit. I do not want to send a portion before the actual email send to test, and then send the winner subject line to everyone else. I would like to send this test to 100% and split it evenly 50/50 with the subject lines on the day of the actual send. My question is, if I move it to say 100% receives Challengers like in this screenshot: Will it send it to 100% divided evenly? It is trying to force me to select champion sections even with setting it to challengers at 100% so that is why I'm not sure if it will actually do this. We ran a AB Test program with two different subject line, and we have an Interesting Moment campaign to capture open activity with subject line. we use token to capture the subject line.   We are unable to see subject line for this AB test program in activity line, it appears 'Opened Email: Subject Line: "" '   Do you have any idea why this occur and any solution for this?
