2 Marketo campaigns in same program

I have created a program in Marketo which has 2 campaigns, each with one email template.

Campaigns are equipped with smart list,  campaigns are requested through web service api.

 

I'm only seeing this message in results section. What does this error actually mean ?

The two campaigns in one program are unlikely the issue, but more so the webservice api - a change in title for this discussion thread might help your response rate here? Also, providing screenshots/text of the smart filters used and the webservice in question may provide clarity for someone to answer this.
