Is it possible to drill down to look for contacts that have received Email A vs Email B once the A/B testing is over. Please advise, thanks.

Yep! All of the email filters (Was Sent, Opened, Clicked, etc.) have a constraint of Test Variant that you can use to filter for people who received which version of the email.

If you're looking for people, Smart List using this filter will return the users who received that version of the email. If you're looking for email performance, you can run an Email Performance report and use a Smart List filter of "was delivered" or "was sent" email with your test variant constraint to view the performance of any version of the email.
