Hi Mohit,

As Greg suggested, check the "Understanding the Engagement Score" Marketo docs(Link provided in the comment from Greg.).

Also, if you are using only email as content in engagement stream then the score will be on the basis of email interaction (open, click, unsubscribe) and if you are using Program as content in your engagement stream then score would be based on program membership and success rate.

Thanks

Hi Mohit,

Please move this question to Products where it belongs. Marketing Central  is for generic marketing questions.

The engagement score is a score computed by Marketo with a secret sauce. See Understanding the Engagement Score - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . The engagement score ranges from 0 to 100. I takes into account open, click and unsubscribe rates.

In A/B tests, Marketo will compute the engagement score of both emails and the winner will be the one with the highest score.
