A/B tests starting early

I have set up an A/B test to start a day later than i wanted to give myself time to make changes at the last minute if required. However even though the test is not supposed to start for over 24hours the status is "test running" and i cannot change the send test date. No test has been sent as yet. Why does it start this earlier than the time requested?? below is the screen sot from today 2/2/16 at 12.43pm AEDT
